The villa itself is stunning, beautiful location Kitchen is well equipped

The villa needs some TLC, lots of problems with the electrics, some of the furniture is very tired. The 5th bedroom is not to the standard of the other 4 bedrooms, there are no windows and it's down in like the cellar

The villa was lovely and big, the view was stunning and the house well proportioned. We liked Javea very much.

The photos were obviously taken many years ago. The play area was unusuable as it was very rickety and unstable. There was a massive infenced drop from the garden, so the children could not play-out. The sauna was not working with bare wires coming out of the electrics. The pool was filthy and we had to email ask for it to be cleaned. There was animal poo all over the lawn and filling the sand pit. Most of the beds were very uncomfortable and 3 showers didn’t work properly. There were no instructions at all for the property. We never got the TVs to work. Everything could have done with a good clean and a coat of paint. Only sheets on the beds and any blankets found were stained and not recently washed. Generally not quite the level we were expecting
