The property is bigger than expected. It is a 2 storey condo with good interior. It has 2 big rooms. One that can accommodate 5 and the other 3 pax with lagoon view. And i liked the 2 CR with hot &cold water (1 in the 1st floor and 1 in the 2nd floor). It has a nice location, midway from the pool and the beach front. They have good aircons in the 1st floor as well as in their rooms. It has also hot &cold drinking water. They also provided us with towels. And contacts are very accommodating, who answer all my querries. Thanks Ned and Mike for giving me & my family a great and comfortable experience while we are at pico de loro. Highly recommendable.
