Very comfortable and clean babalik balikan ko talaga ito

I love the cleaness, cosiness, and hominess of the place.

I would've preferred if the property price includes the compulsory resort entrance. The windows in the kitchen can not be locked for security purposes.

1. Unit was in good location, easy access to other establishments. 2. No need to use elevator since it’s already in GF. Unit is spacious and kitchen was complete. 3. Entertainment system was complete, wide tv with home theater system. 4. Sir Rey and Ms. Criselda were very accommodating from the start and was easy to contact to, They helped us access the Beach Club for members only. Lucy was also easy to contact to as well and attended our needs.

1. Globe prepaid wifi provided was not useful, it was really slow. We had to use our own mobile data to access internet. 2. When we arrived, there were flies flying around in the kitchen and the living area. 3. There is a sour smell from the Freezer of the Refrigerator. Maybe it needs cleaning. 4. Water supply in the unit had a salty taste. Sometimes it tasted like “kalawang”. We did not to use it to bathe our 11 months old baby. We used the drinking water provided. 5. There is foul smell on the bathing area of both CRs. We did not anymore raise these items during our stay as these were all tolerable on our part.

Early closure of facilities for some activities!

The amenities like beach,the country club.

There was water shortage. We have to fetxh water from the ground floor and used pail and water dipper to bathe.

I loked the condo...

The dirty beach, the colored wrist band the segregation of members and guest. Food were too costly and not good...

You can cook. Complete cooking and dining utensils. Fairly clean. Relaxing view.

No bath towels in rooms so if you didn’t bring towel you have to rent to the facility near the pool which you must return before 10 pm or else you’ll be charged 1k . Still you don’t have anything to use if you decided to take a shower at night . #2 you can’t use your cash. Everything inside the property must pay through credit card, good thing that we have or else we won’t be able to enjoy the other facilities.
