Host, David was so personable, flexible, and so prompt when answering messages/phone calls! The pictures does not do any justice for this place. It’s so spacious and clean! This house was fully stocked with whatver you may need an we truly appreciated that. We had two- 1 year olds and there were high chairs, play pens, bins of toys, books, etc. The little ones had a field day with this! David was so accommodating and made this stay so comfortable. Everything you needed, you can right here in this lovely home. The rooms were so nice! Our family consists of 9 adults and 2 children and we were all able to spread out! We definitely recommend this place!!

Great home, well stocked kitchen, patio with great seating and fire pit table. Sixteen adults in our group, but families would love this place!! Communications with David were excellent. Location perfect for our group! Would definitely recommend!!

My family flew in from all over the country. We were so pleased with the amount of space we had. The location was perfect and we had everything we needed, even for our 18 month olds. Highly recommend! Would definitely come back to this location. Great communication with the owners!

Stayed here for a visit to Denver for the NCAA basketball gourmand with a group of adults and had a fantastic time. Everything was as advertised and the property owners were easy to contact and work with. Would definitely stay here again!

Huge house that had everything we needed. The owners were very accommodating and the house was well-stocked with games and activities for all ages. Plenty of space for the whole family to spread out or get together in one space.

I have stayed at lots of really great VRBO homes and this one was at the top of the list. The house was perfect for extended family of 12 that came from different parts of the country for a short family vacation. Everything was clean, there was plenty of room and we just couldn't have asked for more. David was absolutely wonderful. He answered all of my questions thoroughly and gave us many ideas of things to do and places to go. I wish we would have had more time to try more. We did try and love Penelope's restaurant in Estes Park and Voodoo Donuts in Denver. We left something important at the house when we checked out and David is so kindly mailing it back. We could have used a few extra towels, but we were able to use the washer and dryer, so this wasn't much of an issue. We loved Denver and would love to come stay again sometime.

house worked well for a lot of adults, we were hoping for a better view/ hot tub, and there's limited bathrooms for a big group. House was clean with kitchen periferals so that was a nice surprise,,,

This is a beautiful house in a quiet neighborhood. Best of all it was very accommodating for elderly and young children alike. Perfect for our whole family to stay together. It is also very close to anything you could want to do. There is something for everyone!

Stayed here for a weekend wedding with a large family. The property was amazing!!! Process was extremely easy and quick. Plenty of amenities on site. The property owner was awesome to work with and met every need we had prior to our stay. We will definitely be looking at staying here again if we find ourselves in the neighborhood again. David and Sheila were very responsive from the first time I messaged them to book their home till our last day of our stay in their Beautiful home.. Very clean home plenty of space and rooms for everyone (our group was 9 adults) and we had a wonderful time staying in their home.. If I had any questions ,I sent them a message and they answered very quickly and my question was taken care of !! I definitely recommend staying and when my group comes back to Colorado next year I will book our time in their home.. Jerry

David is a great communicator and made sure we had everything we needed. Beds were super comfortable with plenty of blankets!! Backyard had a relaxing feel with comfortable outdoor furniture.

David and Sheila were amazing hosts. Their home was lovely and had the best layout for our large family gathering. We enjoyed the ease of preparing meals and sharing in family games in the spacious living room and dining areas. The beautiful and comfortable bedrooms accommodated us all. My group had a good experience at this rental. The property was clean, rooms fit the description. Communication was good. I put a lower rating because a few things were sort of broken in the bathroom and it didn't really have a premium feel to the place.

This home truly was the perfect set up for our group. The spacious, three floor layout, comfy back patio, open kitchen, big basement, & safe/convenient location were exactly what we needed. It's even nicer than the photos!

This house was perfect for our stay in the Denver area. The house was very accommodating. It had everything we needed and was spacious enough for everyone to have their own area. It was close enough to the activities we planned as well as restaurants and shopping. We would recommend it to anyone looking for a place to gather.

This house accommodated all of the needs of the members of our nonprofit board. We each had our own bedroom. There was the space to work and a separate space to play and unwind after a long work day. The kitchen was big enough to allow our large group to eat together at the table.

I would recommend to anyone traveling with younger children or a huge family this is perfect

David & Sheila's home is so nice & cozy! It is a great size for a big group and the layout is perfect for everyone to have their own space, if needed. My favorite part of the house was the basement!!Upon entering through the garage, they have a pretty cool magnet display of all the places I assume they've visited (might actually steal this idea, ha!) Due to Covid, they had requested to leave the shoes in the laundry room, which didn't bother us at all since we do it in our own homes. You're welcomed by a clean/open kitchen and the view of their backyard patio. The living room is a good size and has very comfy couches. All the bedrooms were complete with bedding and towels. I can't speak for the other rooms, but the mattress in the room on the main floor felt like it had better days. However, it didn't bother me much (super low maintenance over here)...if it doesn't squeak and has some cushion, I'm good! Bathrooms were very clean and stocked. My family did have some issues with the upstairs guest bathroom, but instructions were left by the owners (slow flush times if I remember correctly). The back patio had plenty of seating for folks to gather around and just hang out. This house is in a pretty quiet neighborhood, so if you're part of a rowdy and loud group, find a different home. It is also requested by David to not be loud after a certain time. Now the basement. It's basically like an apartment with 2 bedrooms, 1 bath, kitchen, and a living room area. The basketball hoop was broken when we arrived, but was still usable. The ping-pong table was the center of a lot of competition during our stay. It did get pretty cold, but the family staying down there actually liked it. It did come with a heating blanket and a little heater. Overall, this home was perfect for my group. We were down 1 bedroom & bathroom, but made it work. If we had access to those, the stay would've been even better. It was very easy to communicate with David and I didn't come across any surprises. Everything shown on Home Away is what you get! Thanks again, David!

This home is quite beautiful and very spacious. Communicating with the owners was simple and they replied very quickly. I didn't give 5 stars on cleanliness because there was drywall damage and drywall debris on the floor in the basement behind the basketball game. It's such a simple thing to vacuum up but hadn't been.
