B&B nel cuore di Napoli. Si trova in un palazzo storico e affaccia su piazza del Plebiscito. La Signora che ci ha accolto è stata gentilissima, nel B&B ci ha fatto trovare a disposizione caffè, acqua fresca, thè, biscotti nonostante avessimo anche la colazione compresa al bar sotto la stanza. Nel bagno c’erano anche gli spazzolini e dentifricio, piccoli dettagli che di solito non trovi nelle altre strutture. Che dire, ci siamo sentiti coccolati. Super consigliato

La proprietaria è stata molto gentile e disponibile. La posizione del B&B è eccezionale, proprio all’inizio di via Toledo, a pochi metri dalla Galleria Umberto I e da Piazza Plebiscito, per raggiungere il Teatro San Carlo basta attraversare la strada (venti metri circa). La nostra stanza (la Traviata) era ampia e luminosa, con due affacci sul Teatro San Carlo e su via Toledo. La colazione si fa al bar proprio sotto la struttura con servizio al tavolo. La stanza è stata pulita ogni giorno per la durata del nostro soggiorno (due notti). Raggiungibile facilmente anche a piedi dalla Metro stazione Municipio.

La ubicación optima.Pero en Booking lo ponian como hotel y en realidad es una pensión con habitación con baño dentro la habitación.
El desayuno se ofrecía en un bar cercano,muy pobre café y un croisant.Eso se avisa.
Ninguna televisión funcionaba.
Limpieza correcta.
Tuve un problema con el desague de la ducha y me cambiaron a otra habitación de forma rápida y educada.

Coffee bar in the BnB for all guests was a big attraction, as was the free breakfast at the nearby cafe. It's hard to beat the convenient location with easy access to all of the attractions around Piazza del Plebiscito, Santa Lucia, and Vomero.
I visited during the winter during an uncommonly cold week and the heater in my room had a hard time keeping up. Most people will not have this issue!

Lovely hosts. Over the road from opera house. Comfortable shared space with hot drinks and biscotti. Easy walks to Bay of Naples or into historic centre.

The location was great, the room was nice and had a powerful air con and was very clean and comfortable. The view from the balcony was great too. The host was friendly and her English was great.
At night it was a little noisy as there were people nearby at bars chatting and things. breakfast you were given vouchers for a croissant in the cafe nearby but there wasn’t much choice and on the day we left we couldn’t use the vouchers because the cafe wasn’t open at the time we had to leave for our flight.

you can’t not find better location than this place, right next to the most touristic sites. Also to mention a good breakfast at the coffee shop downstairs is included. Cristina was super friendly and helpful

The room was a great size and well equipped. It had a double aspect balcony, which looked out onto a lovely square. The breakfast was easy even though there wasn’t much choice, they had good coffee. It is also easy to get to the ferry port.
Although the shutters and windows help, it can be noisy at times due to sirens and general street noise.

Very nice place! The location was central - literally right in front of Teatro San Carlo which was perfect since we came to see an opera! Room was beautiful and the bathroom was big. Balconies were a great bonus with a beautiful view. Perfect night for opera goers like us!
Bed was a little hard but still had a good nights sleep :)

Incredible location and view, right in the middle of it all! Host for check-in was so kind. Really an incredible place with incredibly strong air conditioning! Immaculate! I wish I got to stay longer!

it is well located , the check-in and check-out process is fast .the building is beautiful and we had a very nice view from our room . the room was clean and the facilities have enough amenities to enjoy your stay
at night there is a lot of noise at the rooms coming from the street , people from the restaurant where you are able to take the breakfast are not to kind and the breakfast is not enough . there was a lot of drunk people laying out of the building ,doesn’t matter the hour that gave me the feeling of insecurity

location amazing, Christana was so helpful and did everything to help us find what we needed.
Location, beautiful old solid building, safe, clean l, boutique. next to amazing food, shops, museum opera house. Taxi stand outside, felt very safe!
