The apartment was in a different address than shown in booking.com and it was a completely different apartment than we saw in the pictures. We had to drive to the other side of town with a baby to park our car. When we entered the apartment there was glass all over the floor and we had use shoes so we wouldn't get hurt. There was also a broom left near the door as if we had to clean the glass shards ourselves. The apartment was above a night club and there was loud music and screaming until 2 am. Because of that, we had to try to sleep with the windows closed but it was really hot and there was no fresh air. This was the worst night that we had experienced. As soon as we woke up we wanted to leave.

wonderful, spacious two-story apartment. everything you need for a great vacation. just a few minutes from the city's central squares. It is located in the courtyard, so it is very quiet. clean, bright, access with a code, so no special adjustment is needed for arrival... I would be really happy to come again. thank you

The apartment was nice, but it was located just beside of the street where the was a construction work in progress. There was no way to sleep longer on Saturday and Monday morning. Overall it was somewhat good stay, but I doubt that I will use this apartments for my future trips to Cracow.

In last minute the apartment was change for a different one. The problem was that I booked the apartment with a kitchen and small leaving room for a reason. Unfortunates 3 days before my trip I received a call , that the original apartment I booked was not available and it was windrow by owner from the renting market. I doubt that , as the apartment was still available for the following month to reserve it on booking.com . then I was offer a different apartment with no kitchen for this same price. In the end I got the apartment with the kitchen in decent location , but it wasn't what I booked and I couldn't cancel this as this was impossible to find something decent in 3 days. The hairdryer was not working too, so I end up with a buying a hairdryer.

Location

Everything. From the beginning, when we came to the place and tried to open the door of the building the code machine was inoperative and I couldn’t enter nothing. It took me around 20 min to get in touch with a host and they blamed me for entering something wrong. Obviously it was not my fault since the screen was all black and the gentleman who tried to enter the same building confirmed it. So he called to management of the house and they helped and let us in. Host seemed unbothered by the situation and didn’t care if we entered or not, didn’t even ask. After the first night we realized that our back hurts and all night me and my mom were rolling to the middle of the bed there was a hole just in the middle. So I checked under the bed and I found out that the bed was broken and fixed by owner with some bags with a sand or whatever. It means they knew the situation they knew the bed was broken and didn’t try fixing it properly or changing it. And after that night we were in horrible pain, back hurts we couldn’t enjoy our time in Krakow as we wanted to. They offered moving to a different apartment in the same building for the last night. But my mom didn’t want to move for a night and prepare all our stuff. Still, the host didn’t get in touch with us. So did the booking. The worst experience with booking ever, if you want to enjoy your stay, please, DO NOT book apartment here.

when we asked for towels upon arrival, as we had only 1, we were told we would receive them the next day, but eventually we received them the same day :)
