BREAKFAST WAS GOOD AND THE LOCATION WAS NEAR THE BEACH WHICH WAS VERY NICE AND RELAXING. FOOD OPTIONS WERE ALSO AVAILABLE NEARBY.

We were well accommodated as we arrived. The room was spotless; I like how the bed sheets and pillow covers all smells like fabric conditioner, the aircon was working properly, the bathroom is clean, they have a provided dresser with hangers. They even have a restaurant at the beachfront, which serves delicious food, and unlike other stores their servings are big. And they can easily contact tuk-tuk, which helps us travel around the place easily, and charges fairly unlike those outside.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The owners and all the staff did everything to make us happy. Food was excellent. Location is really near to White Beach. Wifi in the facilities was really fast and reliable.
The weather was not what we hoped but this is obviously unpredictable

The location was very good with a 2 minute walk to the white sand beach. On the beach many Restaurants and Bars so easy to eat outside. The property had its own restaurant ran by the owner so the service and food selection excellent.

I enjoyed my time here. The room was big and comfortable and breakfast - which varied each day - was great.
It's close to the beach but not on the beach so it's very quiet but the beach is readily accessible.
The hot water heater didn't work so I was transferred to a room next door which wasn't quite as good as the first one. Though it was fine

I like the location and how it was close to whote beach and the resturants. They had an area where we can wash our feet etc after being st the beach. Place also had wifi and AC which is plus. The staff were VERY nice and accommodating. The owner of the hotel happily picked us up from the calapan port to the hotel. They were offering the shuttle for free from the other port but we werent able to sail on time so had to take calapan. He also drove us to our hometown in pinamalayan which was so nice of him.
Everything was amazing . Only downside was the vendors coming into the private resort harrasing us to buy every thing and wont stop till we buy something. Its not the hotel fault at all as i know they did try to complain this to the municipality but they have not done anything about this.
Last was construction during the day. Alot of hammering

It's so near the beach. The aircon was so cold. The blanket was quite thin but the owner give us additional for free. The caretaker even assist us to book a roro ticket on the way back.
Tv is so blurry and no other channel. But this should not be a problem for someone who has active iterinary.
The bathroom when you take a bath doesn't drain well.

Clean, comfy bed, good location near the beach friendly staff.
Our room has no safe. There is tea and coffee making facilities kettle, mugs and teaspoon but you have to buy your own tea bags, coffee, milk, sugar or sweetener. The room is not cleaned daily.
The loud noise in the surrounding neighborhood was terrible, we had a late night and was woken up by a loud videoke singing using a big speaker and microphone at 7am saturday and sunday morning. 🙄😡

Very good location close to White Beach but a little away from the crowdy seaside. The staff is available and attentive, the owner is happy to help you.
