Uncomfortable bed and a little far out of town for me personally

The view!!! Sounds of waves! Wind! ..ocean breeze!...It is next to the water..(no sandy beach) staff are good..location is far from noisy night life...I loved it!..waking up early is a loving life exercise!. ❤️

If I may...Lights on the balcony are .too obtrusive to relax at night on the balcony/grounds and enjoy the ocean/night. Very low level lights would be better or let the guests control it...it would be fantastic if you do. Property has fantastic.security cameras..so...dimmer lights are ok...Also, it would be better if the screen windows are stronger for guests to keep windows open at night and .enjoy the ocean breeze.and feel secure...less AC usage too!! ...few ideas here and there..but otherwise..just a great place to get away...take a book!🙏🏿

The staff is wonderful. Shoutout to Dolores, Melody, Annalyn, Danny, Michelle, Delia, and everyone. They could not be more helpful, friendly, and kind. Breakfast is good, with filling portions. Location is excellent--quiet and cool, and as a bonus for snorkelers, a reef is right at the resort's doorstep. We plan on coming back.

Food choices at the restaurant, while delicious, are a little pricey.

Staff were amazing and just helps you in everyway you need. Place is beautiful. Very relaxing for a family. Ambience was just fantastic and Seaview were just enjoyable. Breakfast was nice with American and Filipino options. Pool is perfect size and a plus for young children. All in all, it was a delight to have stayed in this hotel and the view alone and the serenity of the place and the waves of the seawater were just hard to ignore. So I recommend to really come to this place.

The place is about 15-20 minutes from the port which isn't bad but the way was steep. The transportation everywhere were very expensive compared to other tourist destination and other restos and pubs are not walking distance so you really need to spare extra for transport fare (not the fault of the hotel). Resto is on second floor and not recommended for people with joint or knees difficulties or mobility issues. On the other hand, the view was excellent and the breeze was so relaxing.

Maybe the best resort in Puerto Galera, The staff is super welcoming, great food is served, rooms are comfortable and situated around a little garden. Excellent value for money.

The resort is located in a small cove between Puerto Galera and Sabang so a tricycle or walking is needed if you want to go somewhere. If its an issue to you, this resort does not have a sandy beach.

Almost everything about it(parking only problem as new road under construction) the meals are of a very high standard both breakfast and evening meals were excellent, the rooms are very clean and spacious, and the staff were very very helpful and respectful , we will definitely stay again, beautiful views and so peaceful, highly recommended, thanks again. I love the service, the staff were very accomodating and approachable. Ms. Melody who I think is in charge in their front desk team were very easy to talk to. She always updates us via text even the day before our arrival. The staff were aways ready to give us a helping hand and very hospitable. They're always wearing their smiling faces. I also love their place. Clean, spacious, serene and quiet. Good for those people who would love to take a quick escape away from the city. The room was quite big enough for 2 people. Complete amenities, basic toiletries, there's enough water supply even drinking water and choice for hot or cold shower. The bed was nice and comfortable. Clean pillow cases and bed linens. Smells good too. I didn't see nor encounter any insects like cockroach or fly inside the room.

I think they just need to replace their airconditioning system inside their room. It's good but it's not that quite cold maybe because the room was quite big for the AC unit. The entire Mindoro also encountering electrical black out but this one is already in the hands of the LGU of Mindoro and electrical company. The hotel was able to provide a generator set so we still have electrical supply for the basic needs like the ceiling lights, charger for mobile phones, etc. Maybe they can also provide electric fans for the rooms in times of black out. Because on our stay we can't use the airconditioning while there's a black out, the generator set can't supply enough electricity for all the rooms with aircon. Ms. Melody was kind enough to give us a heads up about the situation of electrical black out in Mindoro so we were already expecting it upon arrival. Most of the time black out were in the morning until 6 in the evening. The LGU of Mindoro, mayors and the electrical company of Mimdoro should take a look on this issue. They should improve and minimize the black out since it will help to boost their tourism industry. Anyways, we will definitely go back to this place in the future. We love the hotel, staff, service and amenities. 😊

The location is an excellent place for you to relax since the ambiance is good. It feels like you own the location. The foods they offer are great and the staffs are very approachable from the start up until we checked out. I recommend the place for everyone who wants privacy.

I love how clean and and very close to the beach our room was. The overall location is beautiful and super relaxing. Perfect if you are still working from home as the place is very peaceful.
