A dona é simpática, mas somente isso.
1° a limpeza deixa muito a desejar. Os cobertores e toalhas parecem que não foram lavados, tem cheiro de sujeira.
2° tínhamos deixado comida em uma sacola no quarto para comermos ao voltar do passeio. Quando voltamos não tinha mais nada.
3° a cama parecia que ia quebrar ao menor movimento que eu fazia.

Loretta, la proprietaria della casa é una persona molto accogliente e gentile. Fa sentire a proprio agio gli ospiti e viene incontro alle proprie esigenze.
La struttura sembra distante ma in verità é facilmente raggiungibile dal centro prendendo la metro B fino a EUR Magliana, dopodiché l’autobus 771 direzione TRULLO fino a >VIGNA CONSORTI. Per tornare al centro, basta fare il giro inverso. Prendere l’autobus da VIGNA CONSORTI direzione >VAL FIORITA dove é presente la metro di EUR MAGLIANA e da lì spostarsi in centro.
allora: ricordiamoci che la struttura NON é un B&B ma una CASA dunque dovrete aspettarvi il clima di una casa in condivisione.
Se non avete mai fatto un’esperienza così ma avete sempre e solitamente alloggiato in B&B vi potrebbe sembrare strano farlo ma per qualche giorno ne vale più che la pena.

Una experiencia increíble. El desayuno es muy bueno y variado. Lo prepara con mucho amor. Siempre está para ayudar en cualquier duda, incluso lavo mi ropa. Se nota cuando alguien hace las cosas con dedicación. Las camas son cómodas y el baño es amplio. Recomiendo 100%

La propietaria Loretta es muy atenta, esta pendiente de tu llegada, es muy amplia, sencilla y amable, coloca a tu disposición algo para comer o tomar para recibirte, te sientes como en casa o en familia. El desayuno también es amplio, tienes varias cosas para consumir a tu disposición. Las instalaciones son tal cual se ve en las fotografías, no queda exactamente cerca al centro, pero si esta muy cerca a cualquier paradero de buses (no te pierdes si te ubicas con el google maps) además en el transporte público al centro de Roma llegas en 30 a 40 minutos.

La anfitriona es una señora muy amable
Está metida en un laberinto de caminos, los dos taxistas que nos llevaron ida y vuelta al aeropuerto comentaron que era un camino muy difícil y nos salió el trayecto más caro. La habitación es con servicios compartidos y el baño tenía el suelo lleno de pelos. Por la mañana a primera hora se escucha todo el ruído de la cocina y puertas.
Pero lo peor fue la falta de limpieza.
Nos hubiese valido la pena, para ser una noche de paso para volvernos a casa haber pagado un hotel en fiumicino

Everything was great, the host Loreta was wonderful, she always made sure that I and my friend had everything and made our stay a wonderful experience. Breakfast was awesome as well.
It takes a while to get from the city center to the accommodation, but it's worth it!

Great host.
The property is located on a hilltop. If you do not have your own vehicle be prepared to do a high incline walk for atleast 15 mins. The location was also not correct on the maps. It took us quite a while to identify the property. Very far from the city centre. Misleading google maps location.

Loretta was a good cook and makes great coffee. She was welcoming when we arrived. There were lots of products such as shampoo & soap available and the bus station was relatively close.
The room was very small and had no airflow, so even with the fans on it was exceptionally hot and almost unliveable. The bunk bed is old and very creaky. The towels need to be replaced as they are very worn and old.

Great breakfast experience, just like all the other reviews say. Loretta was so sweet to us even though we didn't speak the same language, she reminded me of my grandmother.

It likes a homestay that we will live with host and we have free breakfast everyday. We can have towel and shower gel from the host. She was very nice and friendly. I really love and appreciate it!

Violeta was very kind and serviceable. Everything was clean and neat. The food was also great. Everything was wonderful! would likely to stay again.
location was on a hill, climbing up was a bit tough but doable after 10 minutes, transportation tho is limited to bus only near the area but you can get to everywhere.

We really enjoyed staying with loretta and her son. The place is clean, has everything you need and loretta always makes sure that you're happy. She's also such an excellent cook! We are both vegan and even though she first offered us things that we don't eat, she quickly realised that and it was only getting better and better. The best part - she cooked as vegan pancakes on the last day! VEGAN PANCAKES (you can only understand it if you're vegan).
I don't understand the negative comments here, especially about the fact that the host lives there. She does, but you are given all the privacy you need and she's just so lovely. If you have very high standards, then maybe this place isn't for you (not that there was anything bad with this place to begin with), but then be prepared to pay much more.
Overall: much recommended!
It is quite far from the centre, but we didn't mind it as much. We were quite surprised to had been given two single beds instead of a double.

The hostess was very polite, cheerful, welcoming person, ready to satisfy our smallest desires. She prepared us a very rich breakfast very nicely arranged. The bathroom was equipped with everything you need.
