Location of room. It was supposed to be garden facing but there is an open field in the name of a garden. Leaving the bathroom window open resulted in a Frog joining us for the balance of the trip

The bathroom was an interesting design but I loved it. It was generous in size and i loved that the shower was a walk in and not over a bath. The bath was lovely too and large enough to submerge comfortably and relax in. The decor was tropical and eye catching and it had all the comfort and furniture needed within the room. The selection of pools within the property were beautiful and all restaurants are within a short walk. We loved our stay.

Being an apartment i expected a little more in the kitchen and prep area so that i didnt have to eat out for every meal, like a toaster or even a sink to wash the dishes that are there, the only sink is in the bathroom.

Key pick up was awkward located away from accomodation. Power failure in Palm Cove meant no restaurants opened the first night so had to make do with what we had. Lift not operating etc. Second night the resort did not offer any meals as no Chef available . spoilt what could have been a nice stay.

Was great as it was in the Pullman resort and had all use of their facilities,

check in was a 5 minute walk up the road.

Great studio apartment. Amazing location within the pullman hotel. Lovely Pool areas and food outlets. close walk to town and beachfront. would stay again lovely stay

one minor thing, a kitchenette was in the property but no washing facilities for cups, plates etc.

the apartment was fantastic.great location to the children pool which was great for my kids. now because this is a privately run unit, it was the little special extras that made it special. for example, a cupboard with sauces, salt, pepper. a bucket and spade and pool noodles. decor is stunning. most comfy lounge I've ever sat on.

only down fall was the lagoon pool at the resort was being renovated. however we were told of this before paying and the kids pool and rectangular pool were more than enough. we loved these 2 pools actually

The roomy 2 bedroom unit, exceeded expectations. Clean, spacious, modern furniture, close to all amenities, will book again.

No issues, only the weather.

The room was fine. However we thought it was a one bedroom apartment but it was a studio with no laundry facilities.

This apartment was located in the Pullman resort not at the Elysium Triton and the Pullman is quite far out of the centre of town. You pick up your key's at the Elysium but you are definately not staying there if you dont mind walking the location is fine. Unfortunately depending on the tide you cant walk down the beach to the centre of town either.
