Wonderful, high quality house in the hills near Sirolo/Numana. The house is well equipped with everything you need. It was very clean and Daniel was a wonderful host. Communication was very easy, check in and check out very uncomplicated. All windows had fly screens, although some were a bit tattered. (We were told these get replaced every year). The house was very clean although there was a smell of disinfectant/ room refresher when we arrived. I did not mind but some people with allergies may do so. Highlights are certainly the pool and the wonderful view on the coast.

It was a bit far away from Sirolo/ Numana. We walked but it is a 40 min walk, return was difficult with taxi. Otherwise nothing to complain about but maybe some ideas to improve the experience: an espresso machine (Nespresso or similar) and a few bikes on site (free of charge) would suit this high quality house well.

Beautifully and recently restored with a lovely pool with a view shared with only one other villa. Beds are comfortable and the rooms spacious.

It would have a handy to have some instructions as to how to work the air conditioning. The units although effective, were very noisy at night, even on what i guessed was the night time setting, so we ended up switching them off.
