Beautiful condo on gulf with a very nice beach. The beach was not overcrowded, plenty of space to spread out. Good for paddle boarding and kayaking. Nice walk to the north end of the island to the pass. Condo was clean, nicely decorated and comfortable. The owner was responsive to questions and very reachable. Our second trip here and we plan for more.

I've always rented homes so this was our first CONDO vacation. The condo had everything we needed including beach chairs, towels & small coolers. Owner was quick to respond & best of all, the view was beautiful!!! Would rent again.

Loved the location. We had great weather and enjoyed walks on the beach and the dolphin sightings! Great views from the balcony. Jason checked in with me to make sure everything was going great for us.

The condo was a terrific getaway from our northern home for the month of February. It was a great base from which to explore SW Florida and also a perfect setting to enjoy the beach. Condo was well equipped for all beach activities and Jason, the owner, was very responsive to any questions.

The building is right on the beach and the condo itself is absolutely beautiful. High-end finishes and immaculate. Jason was available at all times and he even had a video made which he sent to us before we arrived to show us where to park and the process of entering the building. It was painless! I’ve already booked another trip here.

Great view from this 4th floor condo. Quiet beach with 90 degree water. Weather was sunny but a little too hot and humid. Space was clean and had everything we needed. All you have to do is walk out the door, grab your chairs, noodle and umbrella and you are at the beach! Very convenient!

Everything was as described and the owner was always very quick to reply to any questions. Location is beautiful and steps from the beach. I would stay here again.

Property has excellent access to beach. Property was clean and modern. Appliances were great, screened area off living room was a plus. Jason provided excellent service and answered questions promptly. I would rate the entire vacation an A.

This was by far the best vacation ever. The condo was perfect with an amazing view of the ocean. We got to enjoy a. seeing manatee swimming by dolphins playing and enjoying the clear water. Sunsets were beautiful!! We will definitely be back.

From the first computer click to the last time we (sigh) shut the door on the fourth floor; amazing! Jason was caring, concerned, easy to talk to, easy to contact, very encompassing owner. The condo had everything we expected and more! Definitely recommend a getaway here if at all possible!

This rental was perfect for a relaxing beach getaway! The sunset views over the Gulf from the screened in porch and beach were breathtaking. The condo was perfect for our family of four and it is beautifully furnished as well as very clean. You can tell there is pride in ownership. Jason was awesome to work with. He was quick to respond with any questions we had. He also provided us with detailed instructions on our arrival and gave us a list of their favorite activities, shopping and restaurants. One thing that really stands out is that it really is steps to the beach. You don't have to worry if you left something in the condo because you can run up and be back in less than 5 minutes. The beach was beautiful and very clean. We spent most of our days scooping up shells and sand dollars. Bonita is in a great location because we were able to drive south to Naples and north to Sanibel Island in minutes. We definitely plan to stay at this condo again and highly recommend it (although I kind of want to keep it a secret!) To Jason: Thank you for your hospitality. It was truly a stress free vacation. Our entire family enjoyed every minute and we are grateful that our kid's first time at the beach was here.

Imagine opening sliding glass doors off the living area and the master bedroom onto a screen porch with a fantastic view of the sunset and the beach. You can hear the waves crashing on the beach so well that you may need to turn the TV up to hear over them. You can truly sleep with the doors open to the sound of waves if you choose. That's is the reality with this condo. The location of the well decorated, updated unit is amazing and the host is just as good. Jason is very proactive as well as responsive. We loved our stay and will definitely choose this condo again! Nancy

Everything was great! Condo was great, beds excellent. Even the weather cooperated. Could not have been better.

We've stayed in a few different places on Bonita Beach for the last 20 years. This is by far one of the very nicest of them all. Decor is beautiful, bathrooms are new and updated, kitchen is incredible. This is one we will come back to. We watched dolphin and manatee travel back and forth in front of the condo. Love this place!!

2ND STAY AT THIS CONDO! If you are looking to relax, places to shop, eat, walk the beach or go shelling this is the place for you. North of the beach there is a cove that is great for shelling. The pool is inviting and never over crowded. Nice and quite area for relaxing. Jason (the owner) is great to work with and is very accommodating. I recommend this unit and Jason highly. We really enjoyed our stay in January of 2016 at this recently updated and beautifully decorated Bonita Springs condo. The views of the gulf from the living room , master bedroom and screened in lanai were breathtaking! In fact we slept every night with our door open listening to the ocean! Great kitchen with granite counters and white cabinets. The pool and community room were only a couple floors down and easy access to take long walks on the beach! We also enjoyed eating at many fine restaurants nearby. Great shopping at Mercato and Coconut Point!!
