Unser familienfreundliches Haus ist für alle Ihre Bedürfnisse geeignet! Bei 2.400 Quadratmetern, enthält dieses Haus vier Schlafzimmer (ein Schlafzimmer mit einem Kingsize-Bett, zwei mit Doppelbetten, eines mit zwei Einzelbetten und einem Futon) und drei Badezimmer, geräumig genug, um bequem bis zu 10 Personen zu passen. Für diejenigen, die gerne in der Familie bleiben und zu Hause kochen, ist das Haus mit einer voll ausgestatteten Küche ausgestattet, die beide Geräte (Geschirrspüler, George Foreman-Grill, Mikrowelle, Toaster, Gasherd mit vier Brennern, Mixer) umfasst , Mixer, Kaffeekanne usw.) und Zubehör (Töpfe, Pfannen, Becher, Martini und Weingläser, Besteck usw.). Der Essbereich bietet sowohl Bar- als auch Tischbestuhlung und bietet bequem Platz für bis zu 12 Personen (4 an der Bar, 8 am Tisch).
Darüber hinaus verfügt das Haus über zwei Wohnbereiche mit jeweils zwei Sofas und einem Fernseher, einen voll möblierten Balkon sowie eine Garage für ein Auto und Platz für zwei weitere Autos (eines in der Einfahrt, eines parallel auf einer Straßensperre in der Einfahrt). Nur wenige Gehminuten vom Kongresszentrum und einen Block vom Strand und der Promenade entfernt gelegen, ist dieses Hotel der perfekte Ort für einen großartigen Urlaub.

Only negative was that Check-in was supposed to be at 2pm but cleaner wasn’t done until 3:45.

No supplies e-paper products,soap for dishwasher, toilet paper.cookware poor ,and was not made aware of the 3 flights. Otherwise comfortable living space.

Loved staying so close to convention center and beach! I didn’t use my car all week after initial grocery stop! The unit was large enough to spread out and had plenty of closet space.

This is our second time staying in this unit, and just like our first time it did not disappoint! Very clean, very well stocked kitchen, very spacious and comfortable! Super close to the beach and boardwalk too!

Our overall experience was excellent. The condo is big and spacious. The design allows for the whole group to congregate together comfortably yet big enough to have your own space. As you would with any condo rental you bring what you need but it was a nice surprise to have some of those extras you always forget present for your use if you need it. There were bikes, beach towels and beach chairs available to us. One block from beach in a quiet, nice neighborhood. Salvatore, the owner, answered my crazy text messages and calls usually within 5 mins. He was great!! A great experience all around. I will be booking here again in the future.

The cleaners didn't get there before check in..but the owner rectified it immediately!
There is plenty of room to spread out..so if you have large family you can separate kids from adults no problem. It was just myself and significant other and it was a perfect getaway for an extended long weekend over the labor day holiday!

We had a great week and Sal was great as well. He was more friendly than I expected when I called him at 1AM for the door code! We arrived late Saturday and I misplaced rhe code and could not wake my daughter. I guess if the code was emailed or on the VRBO site it would have been easier and Sal would have slept better 🙂.
Location, size, amenities were all as advertised. A big gas grill would be a plus, but maybe you can't have one on the balcony and it's a second floor unit.

We had a wedding in Wildwood and rented this property for a long weekend. There was plenty of space for all of us and the location is perfect!

Overall we were impressed! The condo was clean, spacious, and came equip with everything we could possibly need especially the kitchen! The mattresses were comfortable and the rooms were all good sizes with adequate storage. Parking was a bit tricky but we made it work. Neighbors were welcoming and helpful and the location was perfect!

We loved our stay in this property. It was a nice escape from our quarantined locations. Situated in a quiet block, just 2 blocks from the beach and away from the noise and crowds of the boardwalk. We were able to enjoy walks on the boardwalk, bike ride at night and enjoy the vast sandy beach with enough social distancing to enjoy our time there. Sal and Ed were both a pleasure to deal with and were prompt with any questions we had. We will certainly come again if we have the chance.
