This was a fantastic spot to relax and enjoy the beach with the family. The view from the porch was amazing! Beautiful sunrises every morning and sunsets from the pier. Perfect spot that we could easily walk to eat and shop!

Couldn't ask for a better location. Beach, bars, restaurants, shopping...all right there. Clean place, spacious, every room has its own bathroom. We all had a blast! View from the porch is why oceanfront rules. I gotta be able to see the ocean at all times.

Great rental agency, very easy to deal with, great location, nice layout of living space. Floors, furniture dirty, not a lot of kitchen equipment but it does have the basics. Would recommend agency and location.

It was a wonderful short stay, even if the weather caused us to duck out a little earlier than we planned too. I would def book again next time that I am in the area; close to the heart of Folly Beach and right on the beach as well

Easy walking to everything. Restaurants, shopping. We didn't move our car for a week.
Only wish they had room darkening curtain in master bedroom. Still a 5 star rating for us.

We had the first floor corner condo with great views of the beach and pier.
We prepared breakfast in the morning and sat on the deck with coffe and eggs each morning. Trying to cook was a challenge between the crooked pans and stovetop. Appliances could use an update. But overall we had a wonderful time exploring Charleston and Folly area

I hate doing this. But here goes.
Just because you don’t have to. Doesn’t mean you shouldn’t. This property owner TAKES NO PRIDE in the property. From the disrepairs of hanging facia & unkept paint on the exterior … it doesn’t get better once you step in the door. Old cracked entry tile, old outdated showers, out dates worn out kitchen appliances and master bath was gross. Unkept caulk, a jacuzzi the size of another small room makes the master bath suite repulsive. The floor trim was done by an unskilled Handiman, every blind was missing slats or didn’t work. The back slider was filthy & smeared. The patio was dusty and riddled in bird poop. The master shower was slanted and the faucet handle didn’t work we had to tinker to get it to even shut off.
I’m being real in my review so the next family comes in knowing what to expect. We think a vacation should be a step up. This property under-delivered and we won’t recommend or return to this or any Caroline One property. They earned this review by not heading it off. Doubt they care. But for those who save all year, the way we do, for a great experience away - be warned, you’ll walk away disappointed that you over paid for a run down rental.

This place was absolutely perfect. Totally as described and as close to everything to do in Folly Beach as possible. The unit is amazingly quiet and clean as can be. The rental agency did a stellar job communicating and we could not of been more happy!

Wonderful home with perfect number of beds/baths for our families! We LOVED being so close to the ocean and still could walk to dining choices! Sorry we couldn’t stay longer!!

Great location to beach, pier, restaurants and bars. Walked everywhere! Clean and everything we needed at the condo.
The only negative was the construction on the pier, the cranes were so loud during the day and they blocked the closest beach access to our side, but they were the only inconveniences.

Great Girls Weekend
Great location for Folly Beach, biking and downtown Charleston. Only suggestion would be better furniture for the balcony so folks can see over the railing while relaxing!!

Great location in Folly Beach!
This condo was the right size for our family trip and within walking distance to restaurants and shops in Folly, it is next to the pier which is under construction but this did not bother us at all, and was clearly stated before we rented. The views from the deck are amazing ! The unit was clean and we had everything we needed! I gave 4 stars overall vs 5 due to some minor things that could be upgraded : the dryer took forever to dry a load, the rugs could use a cleaning , and the shower doors in the master bath seemed really old .

Birthday getaway
The property was exactly as described. Location was great with the exception of the construction of the pier. Very noisy and they start promptly at 7:30 am. That's why I only gave location 4 stars. Would definitely stay there again even with the construction noise. There were only 4 in our party but it would comfortably accommodate 6 adults.

Property was as described. My only suggestion is to update the kitchen appliances and the cooking utensils. Minimal at best and in bad condition.

Memorable experience
Our family loved this comfortable, spacious and beautifully decorated vacation home! The view and location were amazing. We enjoyed the short walk to Bert's market for coffee and dessert. The location was unbelievable. We would love to come back!

Loved our stay at this property! There were some lights not working but other than that, very pleased with location and access to the beach as well as local restaurants. Would definitely book again!

Wonderful!....... only when construction is complete
It is a wonderful place to stay BUT I would not stay there again until the construction is complete on the pier. The description does (vaguely) say there is construction and they are not responsible for the noise. I suppose I should have asked more questions about that but the location was so perfect, with the closeness to Center Street and the beach access right on the property (which we found out once we got there is currently closed 7-5 during the week). The construction is on the pier but the construction lot, where all the noise really comes from is actually only a sidewalk width away from the building. It goes on from 7:00amish- 5:00pm every weekday and also the very convenient access walkway to the beach is closed from 7am-5pm every weekday. I understand there is nothing to be done about the noise and it's no one fault but it is extremely annoying and frustration as we did not get the nice, quiet, relaxing beach vacation we had hoped for.
The property is very nice. The exterior of the building looks great. The parking was extremely easy and there is an elevator. The property was clean and there was plenty of space for us. The balcony is very large and provides great views. We had a few interactions with the rental company and they were very nice to deal with.

Location is perfect, the addition COVID cleaning fee is ridiculous because the floors weren’t clean.
Great location, bad cleaning service. Floors made our feet black so I had to go over them with Clorox wipes. Coffee pot had an old moldy coffee filter in it so I couldn’t use it. I would stay here again if they could ensure better cleanliness. AC had a drip coming from the ceiling and wasn’t working well but maintenance came and fixed it the following morning.

Blinds in bedroom falling apart. Held together with tape. Floors not very clean. Beds need proper bed spreads or comforters. Dryer needs element or replaced. Location is wonderful.

Perfect Location!
Beautiful view of Folly Beach and the pier and super easy location to all Center Street businesses. We enjoyed waking up every morning to this view (just as pictured!) and loved sitting on the deck watching people go to and from the beach. The unit was very comfortable and had plenty of kitchen items for our needs. Bonus that there was an elevator so we didn't have to lug our heavy suitcases up the stairs!
