the location was good; parking is available on site (under reservation).

i booked the loft unit. the toilet/ bathroom was outside on the balcony and not within the unit itself. it was inconvenient as the balcony is an open space and visible to neighboring properties. privacy was compromised.

No iron provided and staff didn't helpful at all.in the end i need to call the owner and take the iron by myself

This is my 2nd time staying with Wendy, is a very helpful owner. Will try her best to fulfil with our requirement. Booked for our trip with toddlers and with elderly. The location is very good which is in town center, walkable distant to food court and Gurney mall. The homestay is also tidy and clean which makes us feel really comfy.

it was our 2nd visit. excellent location. easy check in (no need ic/credit card/long q), just key in the code. family room was huge enough, cleanliness also good.

Clean and convenience with fee minute walking distance to gurney drive and plaza gurney

1.) The easy walking to 2 Malls, Hawker Night Foodstalls & Bus stop. There is also a Hop-on and Hop-off bus around Ground Plaza. 2.) You can also walk to Island Plaza (it is quite a distance, if you are young it is Ok). There are many eating areas. If you need to do self-laundry, nearby is called Bubble Xfast Laundrettes.

1.) The water filtration is annoying because the water tends to flow slighlty and we have to disposal the water that is under the supporting tray. Would be better to make a sink instead. 2.) There is only one toilet as we are being upgrade from ibook7 to ibook5 due to having 2 senior citizens. 3.) Toilet seat needs maintenance.

Convenient for elderly stay..as my muminlaw was 85years old...they arrange lower ground for me in order for the elderly to walk in....private carpark (right in frt the homestay) partly covered carporch ...towels, shower gel n shampoo provided, given more than enough blankets..n most important theres chinese astro channel which my muminlaw like to watch...my muminlaw ask me to book if we r coming again for stay in penang ...

The bed is superb, the boss attend to the issue also superb. We had put the block at the car park allocate to myself but someone still taken my place and the boss get the issue settle within few minutes only.

We thought it have 2 bathroom but in fact it have 1 bathroom and 1 toilet.

room is nice, but had low water pressure issue on Saturday morning of my stay.

1) Checked-in Friday and was assigned 1 x designated parking lot (each unit was allocated 1 x designated parking slot only). Loss my parking lot on Saturday even though i have placed the plastic bottle with room number when i was out. Guest that arrived on Saturday have taken the parking. To his defend, he said the caretaker gave him the parking lot. No other parking lot available so that mean one or more of the unit were using 2 x parking lot instead of 1 x parking lot as designated. Argued with other guess on the parking lot but no one can confirm who was right or wrong cause owner and caretaker were not there. Reported to the owner and caretaker and was asked to park at any available parking lot but none available. No further action from owner and caretaker and just park outside of the are close to main road. A system should be in placed that record car registration number for each unit and only registered car can park on the designated parking lot. 2) staff entering room with the assumption nobody is inside the room (no knocking before unlocking and opening door)
