nothing- it was nothing like it was advertised

it had nothing that was supposed to be there it was down a disgusting dirty street no restaurant poll with no privacy right next to dirty street

The location is nice, just 5mn walk to the beach. There’s also a private parking area with a nice pool. The room is cleaned and view is good too.

I had an experience when I checked in the hotel at my second visit. I booked the room via app and paid before my departure. When I arrived at the hotel, they said they couldn’t find my reservation and asked me to contact to booking.com myself. However, after I insisted to ask the reception to final check my reservation again as I had a booking confirmation, booking ID and also a check-in ID which have been shown to them since I arrived at the reception desk. Finally, they said my reservation went to somewhere in their system (maybe) as it was already paid. Actually, it’s not such a serious but it’s a waste of time and causes a bad impact to the hotel itself. It was a heavy rain on that day and I spent almost half an hour just to wait for their checking on my reservation. The reception staff should be aware of their system and other web that they are using for the service. They should understand the process well and know where to search the reservation that has been paid or where to see the reservation that has been reserved but not yet paid. I hope the hotel be aware of this issue and improve on their reception service to provide the better service to all customers!

The bungalows are really nice, clean place and beautiful property common areas.

Sadly the road to the property was in terrible shape and the fridge in the room was not working properly.

If the main road is more stable. It would be nice place to stay.

The staff are nice and accommodating.

If only they can add more pillows.

the bathrooms weren’t that clean. the water was leaking and toilet water running. the doors had gaps that allowed mosquitos and reptiles in. couldn’t sleep through another group partying at the pool way past the 10pm pool cutoff.

the property was clean and sufficient for our needs there was no mini bar or any food available at the premise but they can have it delivered

the towels had seen better days the road to the property was very muddy and big pools of water everywhere
