We wanted to go to Koh Rong, but the weather did not cooperate, so we ended up coming here. This was a true blessing in disguise. The property is in a little remote area, but that makes it very quiet, so it’s great to disconnect and relax. The hotel had a great pool to hang around, a lovely and friendly dog that walks around all day, a very talkative parrot, and a Italian bar-restaurant with some of the best pizzas we have tasted in our lives (also prices are fair, and beer is cheap). But the true starts were the staff, every single one of them went above and beyond to make our stay with them memorable. By the second day we were even grateful that we had to cancel Koh Rong and stayed there.

The bed had a memory foam mattress. This is something that a lot of people love, but it’s not our personal preference, as we prefer a firmer bed. Still we managed to have a good sleep.

The Resort was so helpful and pleasant. They went above and beyond and would recommend for anyone visiting the area

Ladies were so lovely, went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed for our onward trip ! Defo made the stay

great place, awesome value. very clean pool and great for kids and adults alike! friendly staff, AMAZING food, great prices. cocktails are awesome and the rooms are functional and comfortable. would definitely stay again :) they even helped organise transfers to the islands and taxis at great prices too.

The pool is in the middle of the courtyard with most of the rooms surrounding the pool. Step out of the room and the pool is 20 feet away. Even this close, with children playing in the pool, step into the room, close the glass doors, and it becomes quiet. The bar / restaurant had many Italian dishes, which were very good. Even the limited Khmer food my family ordered was quite good. The beer is cold and a good selection of mixed drinks.

Not much around, location a little far from town or shops, but I knew that when booking, so not complaining

Staff greeted with a smile and they were friendly all throughout my stay. Pool view is refreshing, you can chill there while having a cocktail. If you are into freshly made pasta, you can try their options. You would really get your money's worth.

Hope that wifi is stronger, but not a big deal.

Great atmosphere!!!! The pool was our highlight since we could swim until late and could even have our cocktails at the pool which was amazing!

the property is surrounded empty abandoned buildings also a lot of trash. near the property was nothing, you have to walk like 5km or take a tuktuk(5$) to reach any place. Sihanoukville is the poorest spot we have stayed in Cambodia, if you can avoid staying there. Although the staff was very kind and lovely, and the italian food so nice and tasty.

bathroom - room (we upgraded the best one but still not worth it)

Very friendly and warm staff. As soon as we arrived they upgraded our room, without us asking. Our room was very comfortable, as was the mattress. Food was good as well. The swimming pool was warm and clean. We really enjoyed our time here and wished we could stay longer.

We could have done with light comforter on the bed.

Cheap , decent food , nice small pool with garden , friendly staff and a short walk to Otres beach. You cannot ask for much more for the price u pay.

You are not staying here for an upscale vacation. It is what it is and that's good value. Something was scurrying across the roof for most of the evening. Maybe a a large gecko or two..Not sure. But I slept well.

Best pizza I've ever eaten. Pool was lovely. Staff friendly. Atmosphere great. Probably about 20 min drive from speedboat port and 20min drive to airport.

Only small things. Not very hot water in the shower. Bed was very hard but this seems to be the norm in Cambodia. Remote for aircon not working.
