My previous places at Como before Hilton :)

Location was perfect. Basically walk out of the hotel, over the road, down to the lake and follow the lake round to Como centre. It's just a 20 minute walk. Breakfast was great. So much selection to chose from. I chose a room with lake views and it was stunning. The room was comfortable, spacious and clean. The room was perfect. If you want comfort, clean and rooftop swimming pool with lake views then the Hilton is the place to stay. The staff were lovely and helpful. There's no bad word to say about it.

Pillows wasn't that great. My pillows were abit flat. TV channels wasn't great. Could do done with sky sports. It would of been good to of had the football on whilst I get ready to go out but that's me being a massive football fan.

Had lots of ants coming from a crack in the wall of my daughter’s room .. some renovations are needed in some rooms i guess .

We really liked the property and the modern decor! The staff were super nice, helpful and smiling. We felt very welcomed. The hotel is also well located!

Nice big room, modern, airy.

Felt like we could have been anywhere in the world, no character. Didn’t reflect anything of Lake Como. Staff were brisk. Restaurant was characterless, like an airport hotel. Spa was good but found it too expensive and initially full of children.

التعامل الغريب جدا من ادارة الفندق حيال اخذ مبالغ للتأمين بغير وجه حق حيث تم اخذ 100 يورو تامين وتم المرور عليهم الظهر لاخبارهم بانني ارغب بالتمديد وتنظيف الغرفة ومددت وتم اخذ 100 يورو أخرى وهذا الأمر لم يسبق ان مر بي على الإطلاق تواجدت في اكثر من 42 بلد بالعالم ولم يسبق لي هذا الامر الامر الذي لن يجعل مني زيارة مجموعة هيلتون بعد هذا التعامل القاسي جدا وسأقوم بمراسلة المجموعة وإخبارهم بهذا الحدث

الفندق نظيف وممتاز والتعامل اشبه ما يكون بالتعامل الذي لا يليق بمجموعة هيلتون العظمى

Zeer huisdier vriendelijk hotel. We zijn met onze Pomeriaan puppy gegaan en hij is helemaal in de watten gelegd. Je krijgt er een hondenbedje bij, wat eten en 2 kommen. De hond mag ook op de kamer blijven wat een leuke pluspunt is als je boven bij Terrazza wilt dineren.

For the kind of rates they charge , the least the can do is give a free access to spa facilities like the sauna and steam room ! They also charge €26 a night for parking ! How is that okay?

Assolutamente consigliato per week end di relax in ambiente selezionato e di classe. Struttura dotata di ogni comfort (parcheggio privato, piscina su rooftop, ristorante in terrazzo, spa e palestra). Voto 10

O hotel é muito confortável e bonito. A vista de lago é incrível e a piscina aquecida é maravilhosa. Apesar se estarmos em Março a temperatura da água estava incrível e a vista inigualável. Fomos em família e foram muito cuidadosos e atenciosos com os nossos filhos. Bom pequeno-almoço, com variedade.

O restaurante/bar Terrazza ficou aquém das nossas expectativas . Estando hospedados no hotel e apenas para dar um mergulho na piscina interior, o valor de 39€ parece-nos desadequado.

Confused layout. Sterile contemporary decor. Pricey for a Hilton. Complicated, noisy, AC system and no sheets.

The terrace bar had a great view , food was good, staff were excellent. Rooms were clean and very comfortable.

La colazione assolutamente molto fornita, le camere bellissime, pulite e comode, inoltre i servizi in più come la sauna e la piscina sono molto consigliabili, il bagno sopratutto e la doccia sono bellissimi.

In realtà nulla in particolare, ovviamente i servizi offerti sono molti proporzionati al prezzo ovviamente, personale gentile e accogliente mi sono trovata molto bene, da rifare.
