Location was the best, breakfast that was included in our stay was great and the villa overall was really nice.

The water pressure of the upstairs bathroom showers was terrible, one of the bathrooms wasn’t clean enough (footprints on the wall), didn’t provide enough towels, the wifi connection was very weak (especially upstairs).

needs a real good clean, not just a neaten up, the stainless steel kitchen sink is just stained and looks really old. we stayed in the same Villa 4 years ago and it was perfect but now looks unmaintained

Not the best place, management decided to tell us they didn't understand English every time we had an issue, the villas don't get cleaned so don't expect cleaning to hotel standards they get tidied not cleaned. Dogs in the alley ways bark on you so I don't advise leaving at night with kids cause you may have to run and everytime we said something they just say ok nothing gets dealt with. They always ask when to clean the room but they don't want you there it's for a reason so they can go through what they want. All seriousness it's nice but run down and not maintained definitely not luxury, if you don't mind cleaning up after yourself then go for it.

The pool was clean and a good size. We had someone at the main entrance all hours of the day/ night so we felt safe. Laundry was arranged by the villa staff so we just had to drop it to them and they took care of the rest. The staff were lovely and very accomodating. We arrived early morning and we weren’t able to get early check in due to others still being booked in. Yati the property manager kept our bags safe until check in (6 hours later). We needed to get some money changed before we could do anything and Yati loaned us some rupiah to cover us until we were settled in and had been to a money exchange. She also arranged to have some money changed for us so when we returned to check in, we would have more cash. Our flight home was changed and the staff arranged for us to have a later checkout which was so helpful. The service provided was A+

A few maintenance issues. There was a hole in one of the bathroom doors, one air conditioner didn’t work properly, some doors didn’t lock properly or were very difficult to lock. It didn’t impact our stay or our enjoyment.

very dirty not like photos, money was taken $210 was told no proof and managed just guessed I had forgotten… I don’t drink or party I know what was there and than it was gone! mouse in the kitchen bathroom smelt of pee snake fell out of tree mould smell in rooms

The 2 villas were set up well for our groups by having seperate bedrooms and a good sized living area. Staff were very attentive to our requests at all times especially to arrange catering and decorations for our sons 21st birthday event at the villa. Area was very quite and safe.

Pool water continually went green Bed linen, Bath & Pool towels were not changed regularly during our stay.

Friendly, welcoming staff and a lovely private pool. It was a very relaxing holiday.

The villa was spacious and beautiful. It was clean and the air conditioning was great to cool us off from the heat. The pool was lovely and not too cold and there was a water filter unit that provided hot and cold filtered water.

There are some ants, geckos, and mosquitoes that get into the villa as upstairs is an open area apart from the bedrooms. The geckos and ants are harmless so I suggest keeping room doors closed constantly. I did get several mosquito bites despite using repellant.

The price was very reasonable for the villa.

The facilities were older than expected. The showers had very low water pressure, and when the villa could provide a free shuttle to Seminyak was very arbitrary. The breakfast wasn’t too bad but there could have been more variety.

The space was great, the beds and pillows were very comfortable. The pool is also a good size.

The breakfast had limited choices and not great. We stopped the complimentary breakfast after day 3. The power kept tripping, and the water pressure is affected when more than one shower is being used. The cleanliness level is also mediocre. Different staff who came to clean had different standards of cleaniliness which is bad.

Villa design is great. Pool is nice. Staff is awesome.

The place looks to be needing some maintenance badly. Slightly stained sheets. Rusty sinks and taps. Bathtub is way too big for the amount of hot water available, so it is only good for decoration.
