Good location inside the Medina and very close to the bus station Supratours ! Very welcoming and friendly staff :)

The owners are very nice and super friendly

the staff was very friendly and helpful, and accommodating for a late arrival. the breakfast was fresh and delicious, plentiful with lots of olives, dates, msemen, eggs, yogurt, tea or coffee, jams and honey, prunes, and fresh bread. the bathroom was very spacious and had a lovely large tub! lots of clean towels. lots of storage space and nice amenities in the room like a hot water boiler, fresh bottles of water, and sugar and tea.

unfortunately the twin room I booked had only a window to the courtyard and was very very damp inside (it can happen in these older buildings!). the bathroom is not connected to the room, though private, you must walk out into the courtyard mezzanine to access the bathroom. unfortunately there were about 12 air fresheners tucked into the wardrobe and drawers which made it very difficult for me to breathe as I have asthma. I would suggest to the owners that they put a dehumidifier or something to absorb the moisture and do away with the overpowering air fresheners.

Very nice host, nice riad, and good breakfast

I can't find anything bad about this place! First you will notice the beauty of the decor when walk in; it's like staying at a museum once you enter. You are met with some delicious cake and the famous Moroccan tea. The WiFi is fast, so it's good enough to work as a digital nomad. As a solo female traveler, security is important and it's top notch here. The beds are reeeeally comfortable. The place is spotlessly clean. The shower water gets HOT. Luigi and the rest of the staff are SUPER friendly and accommodating; anything you need, they will provide. The breakfast is excellent and filling (some days the breakfast was my only meal of the day) there are so many choices, and they will even tailor it to your taste. You are served coffee and/or tea at breakfast but you also have it in the room. Lovely stay, even for a long visit. They pay attention to the details and have not cut any corners on comfortability and hospitality. I ended up booking an extra 5 days because it was so amazing.

Located in the old city which made it a bit hard to access, and we felt very unsecure when going back at night. The prices are at least three times more expensive than it should be.

You can hear a lot of what's happening in the other areas of the riad, I guess the walls are a bit thin. Despite this I still recommend it.

The breakfast at Riad Gloria was fantastic. I really appreciated that I could choose what to eat rather than be presented with an overwhelming breakfast that I always fear goes to waste. All the best moroccan traditional foods were there and a special Italian flavour included with a tasty tomato bread that was out of this world! This Riad is exceptional for the attention to detail. Comfortable pillows, mattresses and even a hairdryer! But please don't tell anyone, I want this to be our little secret!
