The resort is beautiful. Unfortunately, we visited during the rain season, which meant that it kept raining all day. It was too cold to swim and the beach was dangerous. However, the rooms were very comfortable. There are several restaurants and markets nearby and the centre is about a ten minute drive. If you visit this resort, make sure you visit OUTSIDE the raining season. I’m sure the accommodation will be perfect then. The staff is lovely and really help their guests.

Water issues. The water is quite cold (which was a problem because of the bad weather) or gets too hot to shower in. We were compensated for the inconvience.

We simply loved this place and for that reason we extended our stay for another two nights. We really liked super nice staff - shuttle bus driver, receptionists and all waitress and waiters. The place has also great restaurant with super tasty food and drinks. We loved the location and private beach and swimming pool. Free shuttle bus was just an extra bonus.

If I have to mention one negative thing, it’s mosquitoes. There are everywhere and super annoying! I killed 12 in 4 nights in our room, please build a mosquito nest in rooms.

Lunch and dinner menu was pretty odd and food not good. Staff were lovely, but very very slow. Always trying to push the romantic set up dinner on us, four or five times a day they asked one or both of us.

Nice beach very clean and swimming pool in a good location, nice rooms with indochina style very confortable bed. Garden very nice a lot of flowers.

Not many guests there (April 23), so the place was very calm and quiet. Buffet breakfast, it'd be even better with more cheese and not so sweet fresh juice (added sugar?) and without ice (everyone can add it by themselves). Very friendly and English speaking staff. Free airport shuttle offered automatically by the receptionist!

Overpriced (when heaving only breakfast included). For the same money, you can have all inclusive in, e.g., Turkey. Loudly evening music from a neighboring beach. The resort offers scooter rentals, but I haven't found it on web, so I booked it from an external company in advance.

the facility is quite old, and not-well maintained. Expected the privacy, but the fence was low and even strangers came into my pool. It may need some warning board not to come in.

We were a little disappointed that the room was a little different from the picture but almost all other things were comfortable!

There were good massage parlours and good eating options within walkable distance. The beach was also very close with great views of the sunset. The staff were friendly, very prompt and helpful.

The room was spacious and the bed was huge. It was very clean there. Big variety of meals for breakfast (even though not all of them taste great and the vegetarian menu is rather limited). The hotel beach looks small, but there seemed to be enough places for everyone. The shower in our room started to leak, but we quickly got another room, so in the end it was no problem. Lots of restaurants are in walking distance. It takes just 10-15 minutes to get there from the airport.

The beach bar is good as such and has a long menu, but they need at least 10 to 30 minutes to get anything ready. This is no big deal, but this could be changed. Perhaps, this has something to do with the fact that the personnel looks quite exhausted and you see the same people working there daily from early morning till after midnight - the management should rather not save so much on the employees.

The hotel is right on the Long beach. The sea is clean. We stayed at the bungalow which is very nice with comfortable beds and pillows. There is a walk-in shower, a bathtub and an outdoor shower in a small courtyard. It is very clean and beautiful resort. You can watch the beautiful sunsets. The staff is very nice, the food is perfect and delicious.

we stayed in a room with a balcony and sea view which was lovely. The pool was practically on the beach and really lovely going between the sea and pool.

Our room could have been a big bigger as had two adults and one child in. They put an additional bed in to accommodate our son but that made the area quite ‘small’.
