Staff were helpful and went out of their way to carry bags and offer physical assistance.

The staff at check-in should have told us that our room included breakfast. Additionally, we should have been told where the restaurant was. We should have been told what time check-out was. I didn't like the rug in the bathroom that felt dirty and that needed a vacuum, not just a sweep and dust out. Its just not great to have a rug in the bathroom. Coffee didn't get refilled for the next morning. When I phoned reception at 7am to ask for coffee, nobody answered the phone. I walked to reception and nobody was there to help. A cleaner helped me eventually and I could not ask about breakfast, or check-out time, as nobody was there.

Good breakfast. Good location, clean.

Small rooms, small pool. Service at bar poor. Check in service not very welcoming. The hotel is physically a 4 star, service and amenities 3 star. Water for AC leaked in room. Window stuck open for some reason(they fixed). Room Service did not respond to a request. Toilet continually flowing unless manualy stopped.

The rooms are exceptional and the location is breathtaking. The restaurant is very good and the staff is very courteous and friendly. They also offer a lot of great activities: so you can choose if you want to relax at the pool, go for a walk along the beach or go on a tour by bike, boat, .... whatever you like! We had an amazing time and would definitely book again - and definitely more than 2 nights!

A little difficult to get there - however, this may make this place probably even more exclusive.
