1. Location - the hotel is in myeongdong and just walking distance from 3 train stations, myeongdong, eulji-ro and chungmu-ro

The hallway of the hotel was a bit dark with the dark carpet and dim lights.

it will be great for us to be able to use our own laundry capsule instead of having to buy from the vending machine located in the hotel.

Location is good, near subway stations. Within walking distance to Myeongdong shopping street. Near a few convenience stores too.

The pillows are too soft.

location was excellent, staff were very polite and the whole hotel was incredibly clean

It was noisy. I could hear the guests all around, slamming doors, walking etc. And all the noise from the street too. It kept me awake most nights. The cleaners also kept opening with my window and not closing it, so when I returned to the room, my room was freezing cold. They also started very early, which of course wakes you up. And if you don't have the "do not disturb" button pressed, they just walk in. (This was at 10:30am whilst I was getting dressed). They advertised breakfast but when I asked about it, I got told it wasn't available due to covid, but other hotels around were supplying their guests with breakfast. Wouldn't stay here again.

A con that we had to pay for an extra duvet when we were 3 people, but i think thats normal for seoul

perfect location to explore seoul’s downtown including Myung-dong, the Seoul tower and places.

power outlets were enough but only one within reach from the bed, some more storage space would be nice
