位置不错，可以走路到地铁，附近有停车场（收费），周边有大超市。

A comfortable and useful home. All devices are in working order. It is in the central location. Walking distance to public transportation. 7-8 minutes walking distance to the nearest metro. Tram and bus stops are very close. I can say that Carrefour, which operates 24/7, is right in the back street. We could reach the owner whenever we wanted. The bathroom is spotless. A house that can stay as a group of 4 people. Same as seen in the photos.

The apartment space itself is very nice, quiet and welcoming.

Good sizes apartment with room for 4 people comfortably. In a good part of the city with the city centre a 20 min walk

Beds could be a bit comfier but for the price and expectations it was no issues

The apartment is part of a residential building with locals and a short walk to tram and metro with restaurants and pizzeria nearby. Small supermarket two streets away. This is a working and residential area with no nearby entertainment, music etc which suited us. No major traffic outside the property so quiet at night particularly. The apartment has been modernised with all the kitchen facilities that we required and a bath with shower. Comfortable seating with TV and dining area. The owner converses well in English although we only met on arrival. A good choice.

Possibly an electric kettle would be an improvement but only because we are not familiar with gas. The apartment is on the second floor so a few stairs to climb at the end of the day.
