It was centrally located, and the staff was quick to address concerns!

when we arrived there was a horrible smell as if someone had left food out way too long, the place was lightly cleaned there was still hair in the sink but the bed was clean!

Location is excellent as you walk out into the centre! Pretty apartment.

Terrible smell in the common area. The AC haf multiple errors and did not function besides the first day. The first time the company was called they were responaive but unfortunately we were only there to sleep so no time to call again. Keep in mind that its very noisy at night but of course that is just the price to pay to stay so central.

Location in the center of vibrant life. You can reach everywhere in city center by short walk

Very complicated online check in. It' takes times and nerves to insert all docs, datas and photos of 4 people. Quite noisy street, if You want sleep then You are not happy if some 12-15 persons sings serenade in front of You window 05:00 morning.

sofa bed can’t be used for sleep as street below crazy noisy all night. Mould on wall in entrance hall not great as you walk in building. no oven despite being listed. shower very temperamental with button falling off when using.

Difficult get apartment.....we have to bring heavy luggage to office and go back to our apartment...

The staff did not have a clue on where the unit is situated. The name of the building did not correspond to the name on the booking. We searched and searched.

The location is perfect and although it was right in the centre and there was quite noisy outside, the apartment has very good noise proof.

The apartment was in a very good location. Very clean and I loved the bed slept like a log. It was very central to get to everywhere

There was nothing I disliked

The location was perfect, just in the middle of the city center and close to a lot of restaurants and bars. Also from this location it is easy to get to touristic attractions.

The cleanliness should've been better and also more toilet paper.

The patient was very awesome,Staff was very nice and helpful they answer the phone even after midnight and they show up immediately to do the maintenance

The location was brilliant but we found out on the 1st night that we had a leak onto our small balcony which we later found out came from the air condition unit from the flat above this preceded to drip on to our small balcony which meant when we opened the french doors the water came into our apartment and we could not keep doors open or put clothes airer out there to dry clothes/towels we washed also there was building work going on next door which was constant early morning 8am until late afternoon we informed the company of this and at first they seemed to say there was no leak and asked us to send proof pictures etc i send several videos of the leak and the noise and after a few days (thursday ) we had been there since sunday said they would move us as we were on a trip on the thursday and we were going on another on the saturday we did not want to spend anymore of our time packing up and moving as going home early hours of the sunday i did ask for a reductions as this ruined our holiday but got no answer back from that message i send just went silent i do feel that we should of been offered a reduction as the leak meant we could not use the balcony and the building noise was horrendous we have had no further communication with the company and we are going to log a complaint

Excellent location, easy keys handover. We had an issue with internet and washing machine, property reacted very fast.

The property is far from what is advertised. The apartment was lightly cleaned. Furniture is very used and/or broken - a broken bathroom cabinet drawer fell on my hand and completely smashed my fingers. Showers are also old, broken and dirty. One of the bedrooms (without windows) also had a 'en-suite' bathroom with a small wall partition. No elevator, we had to go up the tiny stairs 2 floors with all our luggage.

We picked up our keys (separate location) just before 10pm without any issue. The flat is right in the very center with easy access to everything (walking). A number of supermarkets were available within a 5 minute walk.

Regarding the property, I think the flat could use one deeper clean. It was passable when we arrived but we've certainly stayed in much cleaner flats before. Also only to note - this street/square is VERY LOUD. It's no fault of the flat, but since it's right in the middle of downtown, there are parties outside until the morning. Even with the windows closed, it was not easy to sleep. If you're there for a party, it would be perfect as it's at your doorstep but if not, consider staying out of the center (it appeared people were out all night pretty much everywhere in the center). Again, not the properties fault though.

we stayed at Cortina de Muelle 21. very good location really in the center of city center 3-10 min walk from all the monuments, museum. You can take you car an unload stuff at the side of the road and park at the parking garage for like 17- 27 eur /day depend on which garage. Check in online in advance gonna help you faster with picking up the key. Super service by Jose .. you can contact them 24/7 with whatapp or phone. they provide you with list of thing to do or see also the restaurant recomendation list.

need to pickup the keys from reception. They manage like many apartements in the area so you need to pick the keys from their reception. Not a big deal like 5-10 min walk from the apartment we stayed
