I booked a king room with a view of the city. However when we arrived there were no rooms of this type left so we were “upgraded” to a larger room. It was nice but all we could see from the window was the side of another building. The staff were very nice but didn’t offer us any money off or even a bottle of wine as compensation for this disappointment.

We were looking for a good hotel within walking distance of nightlife and other things to do and see. This hotel fit the bill, so we booked for four nights. Mostly positive things to say about this hotel: 1. Location: we were within a stone’s throw of St. Patrick’s Cathedral, a SPAR grocery market, pubs, pizza places, and more. This was a wonderful spot to reconnoiter the city or walk to tour pickups and drop offs. 2. Price: we got a king bed room for four nights around $1100.00 (including breakfast) . Considering the amenities, location, and quality of accommodations, the price was in line with our expectations. 3. Amenities: The restaurant and bar were great. Food was absolutely delicious. They offered free WiFi, a fitness center, and even kiosks where you can plan out tours. 4. Cleanliness: The hotel is very clean and up to date in the room and outside of it. One peculiar note - we hung the “Green” tag on the door, which supposedly indicates limited cleaning service using no energy and keeping our towels. They still replaced our towels (that we even hung up on towel bars), made the bed, and pretty much did a full cleaning service. *shrug* 5. Customer Service: Although we had limited interaction with front desk staff due to the easy check-in and express check-out, they gave off an extremely friendly vibe. They accommodated us with a very early check-in since our flight arrived that morning. The opportunity to sleep off a long journey was a MAJOR plus in my book.

When ordering dinner at the restaurant, it did take a tad bit longer to get service than we are used to getting on our other worldly travels - but to be fair, the place wasn’t exactly empty, so that could have been a factor. Also, the bed pillows were just too soft for us to get comfortable. Perhaps one more pillow (total of 3 each) or firmer pillows would have been great.

Quiet and comfortable. Great a la carte breakfast. Kind and efficient staff. Good location close to the city center, museums and St Patric`church.

Plateau de bienvenue : dommage qu'il n' y ait QUE 3 sachets de sucre seulement et pas un petit biscuit pour le thé ...... au prix de la chambre ce soir là !!

L’hôtel est bien situé il est en face de saint Patrick cathedral et à 10min à pied de l’hypercentre de Dublin. Les chambres sont très confortables et spacieuses. Les équipements de très bonnes qualités. Le petit déjeuner a un bon rapport qualité prix lorsqu’il est réservé la veille. Je recommande cet hôtel.

Je suis revenu dans cet hôtel pour le petit-déjeuner. Hélas, ce fameux petit-déjeuner est devenu bien moins copieux qu'il y a deux ans. Ça reste correct, mais c'est ma très grosse déception sur ce petit séjour. Je pense donc ne pas revenir la prochaine fois dans cet établissement.

Not so much didn't like but found the underground carpark quite difficult to park a larger vehicle in but on the plus side at least they have the facility of on site parking which is generally limited in the city centre.

I live locally and booked this for my parents who were visiting. What makes this a standout hotel in the area is that while it is very new, well designed and comfortable, it is also exceptionally friendly. From check in through to the meal we had, staff couldn’t have been more helpful and seemed to be taking a real interest. Really very good.

Was accidentally charged twice for my stay. Took 25 days to receive the full refund back into my account. This was our second time staying at Hyatt Centric. We returned as we really enjoyed our stay the first time. I won’t be staying again for this reason.

Absolutely everything! Couldn’t recommend this hotel enough! Absolutely beautiful and is my second time staying here. The bedrooms are perfect and the food there is incredible!

I would prefer to have an open buffet for breakfast but it was delicious.
