The toilet flush not very good.

clean and big KTV, pool table and Majong we can play the whole day

if can park in 3 cars will be perfect

There was enough bed for the 16 of us and the rooms was quite clean.

This is the first homestay I have booked where there was no dining table. The so called rustic look of the homestay made the toilet looked really dirty. The floor was also filthy and our feet was black so we had to wear our shoes into the house.

the owner is respond is promptly, a bit hiccup on the check in part, keys was not in the specific place. but upon calling the key was delivered to us. The location is good, drive to nearby mall in mins. The house is nice, spacious and all rooms are huge. lots of activity within the house and can request in house spa. The garden is nice and the games is fun for all the kids. Did not utilize the BBQ pit but there was 2 available at the garden area. A surprise visit of 2 rooster to wake us up in the morning. haha..

The lighting has no indication so have to trial a few time to get it right. the water pressure also trial n error to get in the pump. the floor got no bloom to sweep and pool table was dusty.
