Location was more than a walk or stroll to the restaurant and nightlife area than was suggested in the booking.com info. It was easier to drive.

The kitchen was very well set up. Having two bedrooms was a good feature for us. Good communication from the owner. Use of the garage was a plus.

The doors tended to stick. The furnishings are worn in some rooms. The pug in the second bathroom did not prevent water draining away. The toilet door in the main bathroom is coming adrift.

Nice quiet locale. The spa pool availability is a nice touch. Cooking amenities are very good. TV had choice of options.

The house was very cold on arrival and took a lot of effort for heat pump to warm. Shower door in mast bedroom is not up to standard. Suburban location meant we had to drive - it was out of the way for our liking.

It was really well appointed, great lay out, fantastic for the kids with plenty of living space and great sized bedrooms. It had everything that we could have wanted and was nice and close to town in a quiet area. The hosts were really really helpful and great with instructions and making contact. Couldn't fault the hosts at all.

We felt the finishing (painting, plastering etc) of the inside of the property Really let this place down unfortunately. Also it wasn't dirty to the eye but felt a little grimie and there was a very ethnic aroma to the house. None of these caused us issues it was just something we felt let down what could be potentially amazing.

The bath was great as part of the master bedroom. The house is spacious, private and comfortable. Having entertainment, laundry facilities, two bathrooms and a full kitchen was great. The outdoor area is also nice.

The dishwasher doesn’t open very far as it hits the draw handles which makes it almost impossible to use. Some of the paintwork is a bit rough. We took our rubbish with us as we didn’t find the bins.

Location was pretty handy to town and we soon got the hang of where it was situated. Beds were comfortable. Outdoor area was great fora relaxing read of our books

There was no guest information booklet e.g. we weren't sure where the closest supermarket was, didn't find the bins until second day, wasn't sure if we were supposed to strip the beds but we did anyway :-). Took us a little while to figure out it was a back property as the address had said 10 Haumoana Street B, when actually it was 10B Haumoana Street.
