The host was very kind and gave needed instructions. The place is wonderful and very well located. I definitively will like to stay again in this apartment or other similar where available. Very modern, clean and renewed.

- Great location, close to center
- Totally renewed flat full of features (e.g., heated floor, TV and LED strips on bathroom)
- Big living room
- Big bedrooms
- Parking was private/paid but the owner arranged it for free to us
These are not really big issues and are not related to the apartment itself (so I won't remove points from the review) but important to mention:
- Parking was very limited and subject to availability (anybody can park there, so if you leave in the middle of the day and come back, you might not find a spot)
- The lift was really small, it didn't fit even a stroller, so you must take things by hand upstairs (or make many trips)

Die Unterkunft ist hochwertig und geschmackvoll ausgestattet. Sie ist geräumig, sehr sauber und ordentlich, modern, wunderschön. Wir haben uns gleich wohl gefühlt! Die Lage ist super, von der Wohnung aus kann man sofort zu den Quellen aufbrechen. Der Ausblick aus den Fenstern des Schlafzimmers ist traumhaft. Von außen erscheint das Haus etwas unscheinbar, die Wohnung in der obersten Etage überzeugt hingegen vollkommen. Michaela hat uns bei allen Fragen sehr gut unterstützt und war immer für uns erreichbar.
Die Wohnung ist perfekt! Einziges Manko - der kleine Aufzug. Hier muss man sich und sein Hab&Gut ziemlich stapeln, um hinzupassen.

Beautiful and quiet apartment with extremely comfortable bed and sleeping sofa. Very tasteful, Scandinavian design and good quality materials - massive wood on bed and doors and good quality towels. Excellent location just in the middle of the town with good proximity to public transport and right next yo the best spa resort - Saunia in hotel Thermal. Very good communication with the staff.
All perfect, really. Not a big deal but paper kitchen roll could be handy in the already well equipped kitchen, along with the missing microwave. Also, providing one big and one small towel is an international standard (we got only big ones and our children small ones while our kids are bigger than us) but the staff was willing to deliver them later.

The property is a 1 bedroom apartment on floor 2 of an old building. It is beautiful and renovated to a very high standard. Everything we needed was there.
Nothing. It suited us perfectly . If you have a lot of luggage, the stairs could be a problem. The host could give a bit more information about rubbish disposal on the in room notes.

Location is great - in the center but away from all noise, close to thermal resort, restaurants, grocery and souvenir stores. Both A3 and A4 are very stylish! It was a pleasure to come back there every day and spend evening with the family in such a gorgeous rooms. Bathroom with jacuzzi in A4 is a blast! The host is very responsive and helpful! We LOVE the apartments!
No air conditioner. Our last night was a bit tough as it was extremely hot. Some portable fans would be very helpful. Otherwise, I would change nothing.

The property is amazing and did exceed our expectations - spacious, modern, stylish, hi-tech, clean, comfortable, with attention to every detail. Location is great - close to everything.

Love the location. Spas and good foods are within walking distance. I am very particular about cleanliness of toilet and the toilet's cleanliness is definitely to my expectation. There is good sound system and overall I really love the layout of the apartment.
Despite we are only staying for 2 nights, the owner is considerate to leave good number of towels. I also like the fact that there was also detergents (enough for 2 wash) provided for the use of wash machine. Giving us the option to wash our clothes/towels if we want to.
Parking is not free. We had a bit of a challenge finding an available parking lot.
Will be good to consider to put an international adapter for charging of phones / laptop. The socket in Czech is very different ( with a protruding middle pin) and general international adaptor does not fit the socket.

The apartment is great, ideal location for everything, beautiful views and really lovely, comfortable and clean inside.
I don't mind - but just to comment that te building doesn't have a lift so for more elderly people that are not good at climbing stairs (its on the top floor) it might be a problem. Mind you the apartment is very nice so they probably would not want to leave anyway.

It was one of the best apartments I ever been in my life. Nicely located in the city centre. The apartment is on the fourth floor, is very spacious. I think it is renovated no so long ago, spotlessly clean, with new furnishing. The owner must be very keen on light because light installation is very fancy. Everything was working properly. Equipment is not just basic but as in your own home. It was nice to open the window during the night. One could breathe fresh air and hear the calm sussuruss of the nearby river.
There were only minor things that I can complain about. For one day there was a lack of internet connection.
The apartment is on the fourth floor and there is no lift to get there. No free parking lot in the vicinity.
