5인 이상 가기 좋은 숙소입니다! 특히 가족여행때 가기 좋아요~ 저희는 6개월 아기랑 동반하였는데 방이 분리되어있어서 큰문제없이 머물수있었어요. 아기침대는 따로 구비되어있지 않지만 아기의자랑 기저귀통?은 카운터에 미리 문의하면 준비해주십니다. 또, 숙소에 세탁기가 있어서 한국에서 따로 챙겨간 유아용 세제로 세탁도 바로 가능해서 짐을 줄일수있었어요! 건조대도 구비되어있습니다. 가습기, 변압기도 무료로 대여해서 사용했어요. 일본은 바닥난방이 없어서 겨울엔 숙소가 추운편인데 그래도 여긴 에어컨이 2대라 다른곳들보단 따듯하게 지낼수있었어요! 화장실도 일본치고 넓은편이었습니다. 다만, 화장실이 1개뿐이라 아침준비할땐 조금 불편할수도 있어요! 세면대,욕조,변기는 모두 분리된 공간에 있습니다.

위치가 조금 아쉬었습니다. 하카타역에서 도보로 20분정도 걸렸고 저희는 짐도 많고 비가와서 택시를 이용하였는데 카카카오택시로 14000원정도 나왔습니다! 공항까지는 택시 이용시 21500원 정도로 생각하면 됩니다! 편의점은 숙소 바로 옆이라 편했어요~

방이 엄청 커요. 위치가 좋아요. (편의점, 캐널시티, 하카타역 등 걸어갈 수 있음.) 무료로 짐 맡길 수 있어요. (체크인 전에 짐을 맡길 수 있어서 락커 이용 걱정을 덜었음. 체크인 하니 짐도 미리 방에 옮겨줘서 좋았음.)

히터가 너무 약해서 밤새 추운 공기랑 함께 했어요ㅠㅠ..

우선 넓고 주방과 세탁기 등이 있어서 아이와 가족들이 오기 좋아요

대부분 만족스럽습니다.

Such a large place, we had so much room to spread out. Separate toilet, shower and sink area make getting ready with 5 of us so much faster.

No aircon in the second bedroom was disappointing. There was a fan which was very much appreciated in the over 30 degree heat.

Close to the station and Canal City

The apartment was huge for Japan! Comfy, roomy, everything you need for cooking and I appreciated thi gs like the hairdryer. The kids were comfy on their futons. River is nearby and you’d be able to get some delicious food nearby too. Took us 15-20 mins to walk from Hakata Station.

None of the instructions for the apartment were in English so be sure to have Google translate ready. The remote control seemed to be flat so we couldn’t use the screen, control the input/source or change channels

good location with walking distance to Hakata city and Canal city. 1000-1500JPY for a cab to the airport. The bar down there looks really nice. 7/11 is nearby.

We paid roughly 50k JPY for 2 nights . The check-in was OK and all the staffs are helpful with limited English speaking. The room itself was terrible. We entered the room with weird smell, while the cleanliness was under my expectation. Many holes, dents, scratches were left untreated and that make the room look even worse. Only 2 A/C which is not covered all room area. small tab in big space.... (don't really know why?), cheap amenities, good Wi-Fi, no view at all. The worst part is environment. For all 2 nights our neighbors from upstairs kept partying late and made so much noise. The sound of everything came through the floor easily from walking sound to the sound from pool table, not to mention about their talking and partying noise. This is literally the worst nightmare booking experience.

Good location in a relatively quiet part of the city with a shrine and a temple at the end of the road and a variety of small local restaurants within easy walking distance. Walking distance to Hakata station without luggage and inexpensive taxi ride with luggage. Very friendly greeting from receptionist on arrival - she stored our baggage and later took it up to the apartment for us. Useful kitchen with reasonable amount of equipment if you want to eat at home.

Although the apartment itself was quite spacious the bedroom was claustrophobic and the bathroom and toilet minute. There were little steps between each section of the apartment which were difficult to see because of the carpet pattern - it took us three days to stop tripping over these! Rather hazardous. There was no dining table (as shown in the photograph) only a huge and heavy table tennis table pointlessly taking up heaps of room. The back of the sofa bed did not stay upright so did not function as a sofa - needs repairing/replacing. These things all added up to making our stay less comfortable.
