Clean and comfortable. Spacious room. Breakfast was wonderful as there was a good variety and options available.
One of the rooms did not have a small fridge. We did not bring this up as it was not a long stay and we didn't want to make a fuss over it. Otherwise, it was pretty much perfect.

Bed - mattress was nice and firm. The bedsheet was soft with enough friction, not too silky and smooth.
Bathtub - to soak and enjoy the hot water.
Breakfast - food selection was decent. The taste was GREAT!!!
Hot water supply - it took some time for the hot water to arrive. The rainshower pressure was low and the water was not hot enough.
No kettle was supplied in the room. A coffee maker was available to make hot drinks.

Room was a bit on the run down side. For the price paid, it was not valuable. Bed wasnt as comfy - you could feel the spring of the bed already. Breakfast was super crowded and understaffed.

Great location.
This is our 3rd stay at this hotel and we know from previous experience that their breakfast is not the best. But oh my this time, our breakfast experience was horrible as the staff refused to assist us our beverage request but will gladly assist their “international” guests. Their veges at noodle station was black. At the end of the day, we reflected a few issues to the front desk but got no follow up on our complaints. This is honestly not the standard of a 5 star hotel and we are really disappointed.

When we arrived late there was no beds for our kids and we had to remind several times to get them set. We arrived late at night and found it strange the room wasn't prepared properly. No room-service available 24/7
There is a construction site around the hotel.

We normally stay in the same room, from a layout/appointment perspective - it fits our needs very well
The particular room had constant issues. We kept having problems with the electricals, they were shorting out. Lights were inoperable and the AC would suddenly move to the lowest temperature setting. We requested this to be fixed several times, it would be fixed and malfunction again shortly after.
This happened once at 2am, and the room became extremely cold for my family in the middle of the night

Service and attentiveness by staff were excellent. For example, Shafiq, the waiter in Nizza. Breakfast was relaxed and managed smoothly despite the many guests.

Loved the overall service from Jothi, she was nothing but amazing! Checkin date were mixed up and she went above and beyond to assist us further and solved it smoothly. We were offered the opera suite from our initial booking, it came with dining and huge living area separated from the room. Vert spacious and everything was great
The only issue we had was the shower drainage were stuck. They need to have that clean. After shower the whole bath overflowed. Kindly fix that
