We were able to cook food

Toilet is so dirty. Broken doors, shower not functioning, same as lavatory. House is so hot. No wifi. Kitchen utensils disorganized and not clean. Toilet has so many garbage everywhere. Garbage in the kitchen is always full and smelly.

I’d like to place lots of room

It was near the beach. You can choose from several resort. The bed were comfortable and the aircon was working. The CR was clean. The sheets and pillows were clean and smells good. The staff was nice. Good value for 5pax. The room was okay.

If your concern is privacy, I would not recommend this since the house is shared. The shower needs repair. We were located at the back of the subdivision. The area wasn't that nice since there were alot of abandoned houses and it's scary if you're gonna go home at night. Although you can have the tricycle drop you off in front of the house.

The cozy ambiance, complete and free-of-charge facilities and use of appliances, and its proximity to commercial establishments. The owner and caretaker of the residence is approachable and hospitable.

It would be better if the showers were working, some doorknobs were not working, and in terms of security, since we were assigned to the house near the guard house, despite its inside the subdivision, the only padlock that was handed to us is for the main gate, there was uncertainty as someone may jump over the fence
