Didn't have this. Price was I think $16 USD, didn't think was value.

Location was across the river from the main tourist area along Sisowath Quay. The property was quite difficult to find and usually went to wrong one. The property seemed very minimally occupied and vast areas of open spaces indicated an over-enthusiastic planning for scope was unfulfilled. Several ground floor small shops, liquor store, convenience space etc. were not opened when I left around noon and returned around 9 pm. Staff at reception were very helpful however many staff members appeared under-utilised and had nothing to do, sitting behind desks behind large signs a hiding place. The price was good for its size however much of the internal fit-out in my unit was extremely poor workmanship. Distance from places tourist want meant extra fees for tuk tuks as the property was I estimate 8 to 10 k's in heavy chaotic traffic.

The shop is small and expensive, the restaurant is o.k.

The staff were very accommodating. We arrived late for check-in, but still they readily assisted us.

The space ; Some facilities, pool

- Cleaning staff ,the management policy as you can't tell if you are booking a hotel apartment from organised Company or a small studio from random guy in the street . They stayed 3 days without cleaning my room and when I complained they said , it is because you didn't ask us to do it . The apartment doesn't has a Microwave Enough cups and plates The decorations of the place isn't nice

We only stayed one night due to not giving us what We had asked and paid for. Went to Mekong 1 for the next 6 days.

Slight odd smell (stale) in the apartment. Pool water too cold to use much. Pillows too big and hard
