great location, nice & friendly staff with a lot of information. cheaper than most hostels and you get your own bathroom.

Location is great. Clean, comfy rooms. Arjay at front desk was a gem to talk to and very hospitable. He helped book all our tours and transportation and made our stay really great!

Location-wise, it's near the beach and surrounded by restaurants, convenience stores, and souvenir shops. The staffs are helpful with all our inquiries and needs.

Wifi is only available in the common area (smoking area). Beach towels, to my surprise, are not free. Basically, you have to pay 50php EACH. I didn't get what I paid for, considering the number of rooms I had booked.

The location was perfect! It’s at the center but not where the loud bars are at. The beach is walking distance as well as the good restaurants. The staff were really helpful and assisted us with our needs.

No Wifi in the rooms at all. No soap or shampoo in the shower. Shower was not clean - there was someone else's hair in the drain. AC was weak. Plugs fell out of the sockets near the bed. Couldn't accept a credit card, had to pay in cash. Seemed to be hidden charges, resulting in the cost of the stay being 17% higher than what was on Booking.

Comfortable and location

It was not a positive experience. We are a group of 3 people and we were separated in 1 single room (individual) and 1 deluxe room (Twin Room). The single room had flagrant problems of humidity, with an unbearable smell of moisture and quite claustrophobic. The conditions were so bad, that we were "forced" to move to another deluxe room after one night. The Hotel refused to take over this expense, and we had to pay another 100 euros for this. Frequent power cuts, some days with no water - since it’s connected to the electricity - and no hot water in one of the rooms. The Staff is not interested in finding solutions and prefers to smile when they face adversity (quite annoying, frankly). Wi-fi does not reach the rooms, being available at the front desk. We travel throughout Southeast Asia and we know perfectly what the local standard is. Extremely expensive for the existing conditions. A positive point for the daily tours, which are made by a very competent Third Party, for safety and location. Despite this, we will not miss it. Avoid this accommodation at all cost.
