Jacuzzi didn't work and little electric hoover didn't work either

Location and view very good. Quiet location. Everything worked. Towels etc and washing up supplies all in situ.

Decor dated and bathroom needs replacing. Electric switches not all working. Lights not all working. Cockroaches seen in bathroom. Bedding and pillows need updating. Noisy neighbour playing radio and television v early morning.

pool and views amazing , had a couple of complaints that were fixed quickly which was good - Thankyou the gift of freshly layed eggs also a nice touch

being met with signs of no short term letting puts you on edge upon arrival . the 2 units are the only ones in the development being rented and the residents are happy to let you know that info too although you can really drill down when selecting your option ( more pics are there ) the photos on the front cover are of the delux villa next door so ensure you check . had to buy a couple of glasses to have a vodka coke as everything else to small , you need to fill the jacuzzi bath via the shower head which takes ages and it’s not the 2 person one on the front pictures privacy on terrace poor as it’s one large split into 2 ( good business sense tho ) don’t get me wrong the apartment ( it’s not a villa ) is fine and fit for purpose - it’s just basic but comfortable

The location was fantastic and upon initial entry to the apartment, we were impressed with the size. The views were fantastic.

There was an awful sewage smell from the main bathroom, which had the Jacuzzi, this made the Jacuzzi unuseable for our two week stay. We did report this to the owner, but nothing was done about it. We had problems with cockroaches and ants and again, the only thing that the owner could suggest was to use the spray provided. This problem was not helped by the washing machine not being plumbed in properly in the separate room where it was located, the waste water ran directly onto the floor and then down a drain. The storage in the bedroom with three single beds was sparse to say the least - one small cupboard. The lighting in the kitchen was poor and when we first arrived only two of the six light bulbs worked. The 'heated' swimming pool - this was out of order until three days before we left. The crockery is basic and some of the mugs were chipped and not too clean - not the fault of the owner, but not checked. The owner is aware of all these comments.
