picturesque location

We spent an amazing week in Las Rosas. Loved our villa, the view - spectacular!, we enjoyed the pool, and other facilities (bar, store). We liked the location - visited many beaches around, natural pools, plenty of restaurants close to the hotel, Lidl is just around the corner. Big shoutout to the employees- smiling, helpful, attentive- thank you, all! We hope to be back

There is an evening entertainment in the bar, so you can expect live music up until 22-23.00 on some days. This can be a pro or a con, depending on the preferences.

It was all good

Superb duplex villa overlooking the cliffs of Los Gigantes. Two spacious balconies, two double bedrooms, two well appointed bathrooms and decent kitchen. There was only two of us staying so tons of room. The pool area was spacious and beds plentiful. The view from the balcony was truly awesome

We had to pay extra for Wi-Fi in the room(€18 per device), which often didn’t work.

good location. good facilities. nice pool. great staff. comfy beds. well equipped kitchen. nice bathroom. only downside is they will only change your towels on the 5th day. after a chat with reception they agreed to give us fresh towel. upon arrival there was dead cockroaches but I believe this is everywhere on the island. Lidl near by with plenty restaurants and beaches.

Too much furniture in the lounge/diner. Very cluttered.

The size of the villa and the resort not being too big

No bar and no restaurant and trying to get a sun bed!

The staff are very friendly. The apartment is big, clean, well furnished with more than we needed, amazing views from the large balcony and the beds were comfy. The pool area is really nice, good background music and also stunning views.

Nothing - the little shop had everything we needed to sit by the pool but it will also be nice to go back and see it when the restaurant is open again - there's plenty nearby so we didn't need the restaurant, more that given the rest of the hotel is great, I assume the food there would be as well.

Trying to get a sun bed was tricky as there wasn’t enough for the amount of guests.

Excellent location Proximity to shops and restaurants

We weren’t able to change our pool towels throughout the week due to a shortage. We weren’t able to use the pool sun beds on a couple of occasions due to people reserving them and then not coming back to them for hours. This meant if we wanted to use the pool we had to be up and there are 8.30am. Disappointed there was no bar or restaurant, we really missed the atmosphere and the chance to be able to have a drink and break from the pool during the day.

We liked everything: the villa, the pool. The best view ever :) Very helpfull receptionist.

The apartment was beautiful. The resort was very, clean and quiet. The views were breathtaking and the staff super friendly. Will definitely return and highly recommend.

- all was spotless, except the pool water which was way too salty (I imagine this might not be an issue for some users)

Sad that the bar and restaurant were closed due to the pandemic, hopefully see them reopen soon as it brought life to the area.

Amazing view of ocean and cliffs. Hotel is located in quiet area near Los Gigantes. Nearest rocky beach is 1,5km away but salted and heated pool is good alternative. Living room is spacious and kitchen has everything you need. Beautiful terrace with sunbeds and parasols. Fans on the ceiling are very useful. Professional and helpful staff.

Hotel interior is pretty old but well managed and in good condition. AC had some issue and made bad noise after turning off. Poor ventilation system on basement floor and no windows just a balcony doors to get fresh air during the night what was not comfortable and safe.
