The room was ok, we took the deluxe room, It has a pool view which was a little noisy in early morning.

Great Hotel. Very nice and big room. Great location.

The AC was not strong. The first day it took a really long time for the room to get cold. It was hard to sleep.

The property is beautiful, very suggestive! The staff was exceptionally kind and thoughtful.

There was no ventilation system in the bathroom and sometimes it smelled funny.

Hotel was beautiful almost felt like we stayed in a ancient castle the deco and interior very detailed, beautiful. All the staffs were so helpful and welcoming.

unfortunately breakfast was very limited choices, we did not enjoy it at all. wasn’t any choices they should have more options for tourists who come from the uk, it was all traditional Turkish breakfast. We tried their traditional scramble egg it was we are assuming, it did have a very bad smell along with the butter very strong smell almost like the butter was expired. Housekeeping I have noticed one of my items were gone missing which I left beside my bed when me and my husband went out and we got back it was gone missing, we called reception they said house keeping as no clue and didn’t find anything. There is no safe in the hotel room so we had to keep any valuable items locked inside our luggage. I have also noticed once the housekeeping 3 ladies come in while I was still getting ready which I didn’t mind, two ladies were changing the bed and one of them in the bathroom. while I was sitting front of the dressing table I was observing how they were cleaning, I have noticed the flooring does not get sweeper or mopped, the bed sheets are not replaced all they did was neat it up, along with the duvet cover they do not replace the cover either. the pillows were only puffed up to look neater. I was very disappointed when I am expecting clean sets to be replaced with which is what we have paid for, especially for hygiene reason. The girls didn’t seemed very bothered and quite last considering they were three of them.

We had a very pleasant stay in Grand Cappadocia Hotel. Everything from arrival to departure was great. Especially Halil at the reception was extremely friendly and helped us out with our special wishes.

ROOM LOOKED PERFECT, HAD SPACE AND VERY CLEAN. EVERY DAY THE CLEANING LADY WAS COMING IN THE ROOM CLEANING, MAKIND BAD, LEAVES US WATER. ONLY PROBLEM WAS AT THE BREAKFAST, BECAUSE OF THE MINUS TEMPERATURE THE PLACE WAS FREEZING, WAS VERY COLD, YOU COULD NOT ENJOY THE MORNING COFFE

The staff was extremely hospitable and nice. Hotel is close to everything , walking distance to restaurants and stores.

One night some people in a property across the hotel partied until 2 am and could not sleep. this is not a cave hotel. I would have liked to stay in a cave hotel better.

Room lacks a safe for valuables.

The rooms were nice and warm despite minus temps overnight. Staff superhelpful, they booked trips for us, some at short notice. Powerful warm shower! Fabulous outdoor area with cushions and chairs and tables to watch the hot air balloons at sunrise. Decorated our suite with balloons and petals (as it was an engagement celebration.)
