Très bel hôtel , récent , moderne ,propre. Plusieurs espaces piscines . Localisation parfaite . Petite attention avec une bouteille déposé dans la chambre pour mon anniversaire. Des animations le soir .

Rien tout était parfait. Nous n'avons rien à reprocher .

Good sized room. a safe box is included in the price. reasonable bed. most of the staff are polite and manage to smile. quiet location

The hotel's reception clerks and the pool guard talked about us quite unpleasantly during check-in. (They thought we were poor when we only came for 2 nights, for us this was a test visit with the wife, the idea is to come on vacation with the grandchildren later. unfortunately we won't choose this hotel) It would be a good idea to at least check if the customer understands Spanish before opening his mouth.. The room and the rest of the hotel are not 4 star level. maybe the 2nd or 3rd food is of poor quality, cold or burnt, some spoiled (leftovers from the previous days are offered again). all inc drinks 2 star hotel level. garbage in the pools and cats everywhere (also on the dining tables 😂) a lot of insects in the room (the air conditioning in the ducts or the ventilation in the bathroom window do not have insect screens) service is slow in the pool bar and sports bar, only one employee handles both. He and she did manage to be polite and smile.

The pool was nice and clean. We were allocated in a bungalow that had the pool next to the terrace which was really nice.The whole complex was very nice and clean and the staff was friendly.

The variety of the food can be improved . The food was similar most of the days . The cocktails included in the all inclusive package could be improved.

Good place to spend vacation, lots of different food. Very good personal.

the fake grass it’s terrible dirty no one cleaning also sun bed not flashing with water every morning how should be in 3 star hotel but koala has 4 stars no proper table around snack bar

Perfect location for family with small kids. Food was great, room is very big, bathroom with bathtub and shower..bed in comfy..but zofa in living room are not comfy at all (maybe doors are little bit old and making noises).

The "grass" around pools is hot during the sun, so you are unable to walk without flipflops. For my taste too many cats in and around the hotel...the smell of their poops around playground and little pool
