beautiful and comfortable apartment with modern features. ideal to relax and feel right at a home away from home. everything in the kitchen for normal cooking activities.

Excellent property with everything you could possibly need. Kim was a great host and this was particularly important when we arrived late as there were problems with our hire car at the airport. Drinks were left for our arrival and Kim was keen to help us. The pool was lovely and very few people used it. Car park was secure and enabled us to visit other resorts.

The location was perfect so close to the beach. The host Kim was there to meet us and she could not have been nicer and informative. The apartment its self was exactly as it was described on bookings.com. Everything was perfect and was even a welcome pack for our arrival in the fridge which was a lovely touch.

Nothing everything was perfect

I really recommend this apartment. You do not need anything other than sleeping. All stuff are provided by the wonderful owner KIM, including some free drinks in the fridge (water- champagne-wine-coca cola). Even an umbrella to take it with you to the beach. You have all you need in the same street: Supermarket Taxi Restaurants Beach is only 5 minutes walking Swimming pool Nice view Jumbo center 15 minutes walking. LOCATION AMAZING APARTMENT SUPER CLEAN WONDERFUL FACILITIES Do not think twice when booking this apartment.

This property is off a high excellent standard, the facilities are spot on and is in a really good central location, only a few minutes walk to the beach. The owner Kim met us on arrival to show us around the apartment, very nice touch and visited during our stay to deliver fresh linen. She has this apartment furnished to a high standard and really feels like a home from home. would highly recommend a stay here.

Nothing it was perfect.

Nice and modern apartment. Has everything you need (washing machine, dishwasher, stove, microwave, toaster, coffee machine, TV with Netflix guest account). Free parking on the property. Excellent Wi-Fi! Relatively quiet. Nice and spacious bathroom. Apartment is away from the pool so no noise from kids playing at the pool. Apartment was super clean and the owner Kim was extremely helpful and responsive. The place is 7-8 minute walk from the beach, but there is a relatively big pool on the property with free sunbeds and umbrellas.

We had long planned a holiday to Gran Canaria and finally arrived there in March this year for a 3 week stay. We were met by our host on arrival, and we received lots of good information about the area. Our host was very pleasant and nothing seemed to be too much, even in these troubling times, where Spanish authorities introduced a nationwide curfew. Our host stepped up and ensured that we felt well looked after during our whole stay. The apartment was well laid out, fresh and everything we needed was there, including a nice welcome package in the fridge. The cleaning was impeccable. The view from the balcony was even better than the pictures on the booking site and the apartment is perfectly situated for good restaurants, shops and close to the beach. We would not hesitate to recommend this host and this apartment to all our friends. We will also strongly consider returning in the future.
