Very easy to find, and our host was really friendly and helpful. The parking is very secure. The complex is really lovely, inside and out. The room is well provided with two chairs and desk. The little patio is a great bonus. We enjoyed sitting out. The breakfast was full of choices and copious. All in all this is a well thought out B&B with guests comfort being the core priority. Both this accommodation and the pub along the road had a lovely welcoming ethos. We would certainly hope to stay agan when we are travelling from north to south via A1M.

Beautiful rooms with off road parking, breakfast room was great with so much choice. Iain was really friendly and helpful. We stayed her for my daughters wedding nearby so a great location and very helpful with recommending taxis. Would definitely recommend.

A cosy place, spotlessly clean and generously managed. A gentle view outside from the back porch, and Wayne recommended a nice walk along the canal. The self-serve breakfast is generous and there are gluten free options available if you ask for them. Easy check-in and check-out. We had a relaxing stay and slept well.

Lovely place to stay very modern and lovely and peaceful. So much to choose from for breakfast

Fir tree barn was really well thought out, beautifully furnished and everything provided. The rooms were clean and fresh, there was a fully equipped kitchen to use all day and the breakfast choice was exceptional. The host was friendly and welcoming, recommending the village pub for dinner.
