A truely wonderful stay. Check in was fast and had all the details covered. The Personal was super friendly. The room design is unusual and playful, which added a nice variety to our vacation. The hotel is a 10 min walk from the lake/old city and offers parking in it's own underground garage. The breakfast is outstanding with it's choice and quality. The holiday IV Gardan is a clear recommendation for your stay in Riva del Garda, if you are out a lot to explore the beautiful city. And last but not least: all of that for a much lower price than most other options around.

Had a lot of extras weren’t expecting - games room and lounge downstairs, heaps of chairs and beanbags outside on the grass to relax. Staff were all super friendly and smiley, and breakfast was good too with both cold selection, cereal and fruit, and eggs and bacon cooked for you. Only 10 minutes walk from the boat, and not up steep streets so good position. Close to city walls to go down to the historic centre, and info centre. I was even able to get a cheap hairdresser recommended, which was much appreciated. Very close to the bus station to move on to Rovereto, literally 2 minutes up the street on the other side. we were lucky enough to be in Riva when there was a special Ferrari event, with loads of classic cars. Fantastic experience!

They did a mistake and gave us a room which was half the size of what we ordered but didn't want to compensate us. Booking didn't help also.

The Hotel is great!! We loved the modern design of the room. It was very clean and nice looking. The breakfast was great, good choise options. The staff was very pleasent, nice and helpful. Good parking underneath the hotel. The lokation is great, a 2 min walk from the waterfront of the lake. We definetely recomend the hotel and wish we stayed more time!

The rooms are great. I love the design, the convenience . you can see that a lot of thaught was made in the rooms. very good breakfast, very good location.

The room was a bit too colorful, but still nice.

Breakfast offered a good selection of sweet and savoury, fresh juice and tea/coffee and fruit. There was the option to eat outside also. The staff were all very friendly and accommodating. It is a quiet, family friendly place right in the centre of Riva del Garda.

Almost no wifi access in my room which was frustrating.

Like home. Great view to the mountain side from the bed. Ample room.
