Quite part of byron bay

Not enough privacy, we had room 1 next to the entrance and it was loud with other guest entering and leaving. Never saw our hosts.

Nice big house, modern room, outdoor private shower, big shared kitchen, close to bike track into town 5min bike or 15 min walk. Outdoor area with pool is nice but pool not heated.

Loud floorboards throughout and thin walls means can easily hear others in the house, very echo down the hallway, many guestrooms, busy house, another group sharing the house held a party and nothing was done about it by the hosts despite them saying they would rectify the situation. Poor night sleep due to noise. Expensive. Wouldn't stay again.

The guesthouse was easy to find. Check-in instructions were provided and access to the house and our suite were easy. The space was clean and the main kitchen had wine glasses and filtered water. We were able to leave our luggage in the main living room after check out as our flight was not until later in the afternoon. Really good location and less than a 10 minute walk to the main center of town.

I didn't realize there would not be a shower inside, outdoor shower only. There were a few issues with the room when we first arrived so I sent a message on the booking app to reach out to our host. 24 hours went by and no reply, so I texted the number in the listing. Several hours later I got a reply asking what my room number was, I replied immediately, then then an hour or so later I received another text asking me what property I was at. Communication was lacking and none of the (4) issues I reported were resolved before I left, unfortunately.

I honestly could not rate Away any higher. It was exceptional in every aspect and we are telling everyone who will listen. Thank you for an amazing stay.

There is nothing I could say to improve on your services. Everything was above my expectations.

Beautiful property!

Very cold in the house

This was an amazing location! Took under 10 minutes to walk into Byron and be in the heart of all the cafes and action. The property was gorgeous and loved the shared space.

Some guests were a little loud and the layout meant we heard them coming in but outside of that we had no complaints.

We stopped in Byron to celebrate our daughter’s birthday. The house is in a great location in easy walking distance to the town. Beautiful house and private apartment. We were pretty much the only ones there for the couple of days. We stayed in the apartment and it was private and quiet. A great base to explore Byron and surrounds.

It was beautiful only didn’t like the outside shower , but everything was top class.

Bedroom lacked a couple of basics like hairdryer, bedroom bin, extra toilet rolls etc.

The property is beautiful. The rooms were so comfortable - the bath is gorgeous and it was the comfiest bed I’ve ever slept it. The staff were so accommodating too and couldn’t do enough for us!

It is a little bit of a walk to get to the town centre, around 15-20 minutes. Didn’t bother us at all as we like walking but it may put some people off.

photos don’t do it justice. extremely comfortable, beautiful property with multiple living spaces and huge rooms with comfortable beds. Nearly every room has its own Ensuite which is amazing

check in was terrible with no staff available on day of check in or on phone and no communication about door code prior to as promised. also check out instructions were communicated very rudely and required excessive cleaning given the price point of the house
