The building and decor are impressive. When you enter Fraser Suites Abuja, you feel like you are someplace special

The hotel needs to invest more in maintenance. The room needed a facelift, my sheets were old/stained, I had to request new ones. The telephone had a large mildew stain. Also, I expected a much larger room, a suite, based on the what is shown on their website. Instead, the room was a typical size hotel room.

Breakfast was fantastic, great variety of meal choices. Crop of great staff that strive to satisfy customers. Good team spirit among staff delivering world class standard.

One of the pot in the kitchenette did not work with the induction cooker. It was however changed to another that was compatible on request. This caused some delay in cooking.

It was my second time staying there but it felt like first time. Since Nov 2020, the quality did not reduce, in fact the opposite. The apartment really felt like home as I was with my family. Excellent in general.
