Noise from road.

Good communication from the hosts, easy key collection, pristine clean apartment, comfortable beds and will all the kitchen amenities and near the beach with a shop 1 minute walk away. Perfect location near the bus stop from the airport (only 2 minutes walk), very convenient for a one night stay without a car to and from the airport.

The noise insulation is not great due to single glazed windows which makes the flat very noisy, even at night. It is best to bring earplugs if you are a light sleeper.

Quite close at the airport and is literally by the sea.

Didn’t match with the photos, the bathroom had mould and cracks and the nearby zone looked old and unsafe.

The inside of the apartment itself looked like it had just been remodeled, so everything was clean and nice. Very large and modern.

We felt this was totally misrepresented in the description of the accommodation and photos of it. Though the inside of apartment was good, the outside was very old and looked in disrepair, neglected and not at all what you’d imagine a nice accommodation would be. It’s an old apartment building. The general neighborhood is not nice at all, and although the listing is correct in saying it’s on the beach, it is a very dumpy looking beach with trash all around, graffiti, piled up old beach furniture/umbrellas. And it didn’t feel safe in that neighborhood area either. Our apartment was on the street side of a main boulevard which kept us awake all night with constant traffic noise. The Wifi did not work at all. Another thing that was terrible is the lift! It is an older style lift, as often encountered in Europe. HOWEVER, there was no inner door to provide a barrier between you and the walls of the building when lift is going up and down! A serious safety hazard for sure. I ended up taking the stairs most of the time because of that. It was a terrible way to spend our last night in Greece.

The property has a huge balcony with sea views which is lovely. It’s clean and comfortable, and the kitchen is quite large. It also has a lift which was a massive bonus!

Unfortunately I wouldn’t suggest that it is “close to the airport” as it’s still a 10-15min drive away.

Room was clean and well appointed, Doors closed and locked well. bed was comfy and plenty of extra linen if needed. View from our room was great, right on the beach. Curtains were good to shut out most light.

bathroom was generally clean but the shower needs a good cleaning to remove the mould, as well as the top of the walls also. better ventilation would really help. the main door could close a little tighter to shut out street noise.

The view was amazing and plenty of coffee shops and restaurants nearby.

The shower was dirty and we had half a roll of toilet paper.

No breakfast. Noise level made it impossible to sleep.

As I said, the noise from outside was terrible and made sleeping impossible

The location and the hospitality was amazing.the place was clean with everything needed.

The only thing which we didnt like was the cleaner seemed to be in a big rush, not only he enterned the apartment when we were not there, before check out, but he was waiting and knocking at the door from 9:30am until 10am that we were checking out.

Great view, easy check in and facilities to transfer to airport. Good apartment for value 👌

Leaking shower

There was no address visible at the door so we weren’t quite sure we were in the right location.

It was bearable for one night only - just.

1. The wifi did not work when we arrived. It was corrected but we had no internet connection so could not use the TV. 2. The shower room was covered in brown stains with mould on the walls. 3. The toilet leaked. 4. The radiator in the bathroom is rusty. 5. We had a very early morning start from Rhodes and wanted a rest in the afternoon, but the apartment upstairs was being refurbished with a hammer drill and a sledgehammer. 6. The shutter in the bedroom does not work. This apartment is not fit to be rented out.

Very spacious unit, appreciated the espresso machine and capsules that they included. They included enough basic amenities for my short stay.

The emailed instructions did not mention that the hot water heater needed to be manually turned on as the unit relies on solar power and I happened to be staying during a period of cloudy weather. Once on, it needs a good hour for a proper hot shower. If it was in the instructions tucked to the side of the bar countertop, then it should've been more clearly placed/stated. The hostess was quick to respond to my call, so at least I was able to get a partially warm shower but this is something that shouldn't be glazed over when guests begin their stay. The property is accurate to images, but the images don't capture it's age. Everything is functional (minus the hot water thing) but there are cracks in the shower walls where there was black mold growing at some point (stains) and in general property didn't feel too clean. There were stains on the bed sheets as well. The property could benefit from replacing the worn items in the unit. They also don't mention that since it's a ground level floor, they had the exterior metal shutters closed when I arrived. Since I was only staying for a couple of days, I didn't find it worth it to try and figure out how to open the shutters or contact the hostess to do so. Ended up relying on artificial lighting for the stay, made for a bit of a dark environment when I was in the unit. Make sure to also bring mosquito repellent if you happen to attract them, I was lucky my first evening (they probably didn't realize I was there until night 2), but the second evening I had a number of bites that were annoying to deal with. It is a seaside property so a degree of humidity/salty air is to be expected so nothing against the property for this. Just a word of caution to travelers who want to avoid being bitten!

The city is beautiful and the people seem very friendly and polite.

The fact that 70 - 80% of the people I met here find it difficult to communicate clearly in English to my understanding, I find it really difficult to find my way around as most of the informations were written in Greek; and also the fact that there's no microwave to re-warm food after cooking it. If you could add microwave to the cooker you already provided everything will be fantastic.

This property was booked due to its' close proximity to the Athens airport, and the flight home was early the following day. A bit older, but a classic beach front property and as this was the penthouse-had the top floor to ourselves!!! Both the Ocean and Street views were amazing, and we parked right by the front door... This would definitely be the place I'd book again! A+++++

The only issue was a personal one, the HUGE patio area had a many areas that were covered with raised spots that were hard to see? Arriving at night, I tripped over several of them when I was out looking at the views... My fault, not the property!!!

it was a nice cozy apto in front of the beach! close by you find a nice bar and if you walk a bit further , you find different restaurants. Eli is so nice and the communication was easy. It is close to the Airport by Taxi ( 15 min)

Very smooth contact with host, helped us organise taxi transfers and keys etc. were exactly where they were planned to be. Both rooms were very clean with stunning views and the table and rooftop table & chairs was an ideal spot for a nightcap as well a wonderful sunrise. Plenty of bars & restaurants within easy walking distance.

The sea view was great And the tv with Netflix was great

1. Bathroom sink didn’t drain , always had water in it 2. Shower water went everywhere, when door opens to get in shower 3. Bed was hard 4 . Two coffee pods , no milk , no tea bag, The pictures were not a good indication of room

I had problems with my cellphone service traveling from the US through Istanbul to Athens. My flight was delayed, it was after midnight I could not get the entry pin. Big problem.
