The best hotel in the world. I have been in many 5 stars but this is the best.

NEVER STAY HERE!! It is unacceptably bad property; dirty towels and rooms; we took suits and they gave room without light; unacceptably roof personnel; every time they forgot things when you ask consierge; general manager was not available two days when we requested him

The hotel was exquisite and the staff were super friendly and accommodating. We felt like we were in our second home. The breakfast selection was amazing, the pastries were phenomenal!
We couldn’t postpone/cancel our booking even though we had a personal emergency, but the hotel staff were kind enough to upgrade our room

To began with, the first night checking into the hotel was not the best experience I was expecting to receive. I arrived around 5:30 am and I mentioned to the security guard that I’m waiting for the booking confirmation to come into my email, and if I could wait in the lobby. He said okay but couple of minutes later he came up to me and aske me to leave. He said he will get us a taxi and we need to leave the hotel because we can’t wait in the lobby. That was the only downside, but later in my stay I had a wonderful experience with each staff, they are all very respectful and kind. Even on the last day of my stay the Front Office Manger Guillaume came up to me and apologized on behalf of his staff and gave me a gift as an apology which I’m very thankful.
The hotel is amazing, and I will definitely be coming back to de crillion. Thank you for the spectacular experience.

Centrally located, beautiful historic building with gorgeous rooms and absolutely impeccable service and staff. The spa and pool are hidden gems and everything is very much five star.

Concierges not on top of things enough. They needed to communicate between themselves better in order to not drop the ball.
Service in Restaurant Jardin D’Hiver is painfully slow. There’s a lot of staff and yet one waits 20mins to get a menu and 30mins to get water for the table. Bread came without butter or olive oil, no one checks up to see if everything is ok or anything else needed, takes another half hour to get the bill.
Room Service is also not at a five star level. There was always something missing from the tray ie) no milk to go with the tea, sugar missing, no salt or pepper…etc. So by the time you got all of these things, the food or tea/coffee was cold.

Location was nice
When we were trying to pay for the hotel, the receptionist had charged us 4 times. Later when we were trying to contact the Hotel we never received a respond! They still owe us a big sum of money but are not even responding to our emails!

I loved the warm welcome I received and unexpected upgrade of the room. The butler, Clementin, was very professional and treated me with sincere and respect when showing me around the hotel. Clementin helped me with a dinner reservation at the Winter Garden, and he made me feel at ease the whole time. It was my first time at the hotel, I felt very happy with the staff I interacted and the dinner with my friends at the Winter Garden was just superb. The room and the interior, just beautiful and clean.
The day I left, 10th, was an issue for me.
I was at the Sauna area in the morning and an older staff (a lady) passed by and I smiled. She just gave me a look and walked away. As I was leaving, there was a host by the Winter Garden, I smiled at her as soon as our eyes met but she just looked at me up and down. That was rude and disrespectful. It's not like they did not see me. They saw me and decided to give me such looks. They were either being a racist or judgmental.
I left feeling uncomfortable and disrespected from the two staff. First time receiving such negativity from the hotel staff and especially from the staff at Hotel Crillon, even more disappointing.

Hotel staff (housekeeping in particular) was spectacular and super friendly! Property was pretty and the room was amazing!
The reception/check-in staff was not helpful nor welcoming- giving us glares. (check-out was better) the hotel manager was intimidating and despising. When we ran into an issue, he was not friendly nor understanding at all ruining our experience from the start. For the nightly rate that high, a disruptive and uncomfortable experience from the check-in affects the entire experience. Unless you wanted to be treated and looked down by a group of entitled, snobby, and uncomfortable staff under the significant price tag, DO NOT COME. There are multiple 5-star boutique hotels in the area with just as great of location and much better staffs.

The perfect place for our wedding in Paris last Friday. We stayed at the Karl Lagerfeld suit room 404 with great views over romantic Paris. The staff was great, especially the butler and concierge team. They did everything to make our visit to Paris to an unforgettable moment. Hope to be back soon.
