Apparemment très bien situé à une station de métro de la place de l étoile , dans un passage très calme et pourpres proche de la rue Poncelet où on trouve de nombreux commerces de bouche.vaste et spacieux équipé de deux salles de bains et deux WC.

Le ménage n'est pas fait sérieusement : poussière sous les lits, fours non nettoyés, crédence de cuisine salle, fuite d'eau pour une douche pas d'éclairage dans l entrée , grille pain ne fonctionne pas, personnel de ménage très bruyant dans la cage d escalier.

Great location, really nice part of Paris. Easy to get to, quiet street. Facilities in property are reasonable and good amount of bedroom space, but comfortable seating (sofas) not sufficient for property size (sofa for 3 people, apartment for 6) Great property if you just want a base but if you are planning to spend a lot of time in the apartment I would look for a more comfortable place. Host is very friendly, helpful and responsive

General cleanliness is good, sheets clean etc but state of property is worn, broken door handles, grubby corners etc. Main issue is sound travelling between apartments. We were second floor and it was exceptionally noisy from above in the morning (at 5am) - I directly asked the occupants to be quieter, as did the host but unfortunately they didn't. I think it would be ok if there were respectful people above, but if you are unlucky it's really noisy.

Lovely property. Very convenient for the metro and walking around Paris.

The doors out to the hall way provided no sound proofing to the neighbours. We could hear every word.

Photos do not meet reality. Uncomfortable extra beds. verry poor internet connection. No space (as in advertisement there should be space and windows) no windows, only one on the rooftop. you can hear all neighbor, verry noisy not from outside, but from the inside. Would not recommend to stay here with family. In case you are couple and not plan to stay in apartment more than just sleep - this can be ok.

La ubicación

El apartamento, era muy pequeño , con humedades en el techo, mucho olor a humedad. El edredón con unas manchas terribles, no demasiado limpio. Casi un cuarto piso sin ascensor . El dueño te dice que eso ya lo indicaba en la descripción del apartamento lo que no te dicen es de los 8 apartamentos que hay cuál es el que te van a dar eso no lo sabes hasta que llegas allí y te encuentras con un apartamento pequeño para 2 adultos y dos niños de 13 y 11 años, un olor a humedad brutal ( esto es ya desde que accedes al portal del edificio). Sillas del comedor medio rotas la mesa igual, la basura al lado del sofá cama . La ventana del techo abierta todo el tiempo ( hacía frío) y llovía un poco por que si no la humedad es todavía peor, no se podía cerrar por que era un Velia de techo alto. La cama de matrimonio era muy pequeña 1.35 dormir dos personas de tamaño normal era complicado . El apartamento se llamaba Ángel . Tenía dos ventanas que daban a un edificio que casi podías tocar con la mano y con la luz encendida toda la noche . Me he quejado y siempre Me han contestado , pero no han puesto solución, que está en un sitio muy bueno, que la gente no se queja . Este no es mi problema. Si tú estás cobrando 300€ la noche tienes que tener un mínimo de salubridad y de limpieza . Que es lo que yo no he encontrado aquí. Además las fotos con engañosas, no te sacan los desperfectos ( humedades ) ni lo pequeño que es para 4 personas

Location was great

The apartment was disgusting. There were suspicious stains in the toilets, under the table and the doors. The pillows smelled very bad. We did not have any hot water and electricity for a day. The air cond was not working. The pictures on Booking only show the best apartment on the second floor. The others are in poor conditions.

Alles vorhanden, was man als Familie braucht. Gut erreichbar mit Metro. Alles digital abgewickelt. Kontakt mit Vermieter über App jederzeit möglich.

Based on being in Paris - it was a good location to get around in and every convenience we needed was close by. It was also on the first floor so we didn’t have to hike too far up.

In the heat - could use another fan to move around the cool air from the window AC.

Everything is ok. Curtains have a lot stains and there are no mirrors.

The location of the villa is fantastic. We were really able to immerse ourselves in the local neighborhood and it's an easy walk or metro ride to anywhere you'd want to go.

We definitely had some hiccups with the apartment, especially the shower, that we were told were resolved but never were. A few other hitches with the cleanliness of the facilities.

The main bathroom had constant wetness and musty smell.

Very close to cafes and shops. 5-7 min walk from metro.

Street noise and wish there was an air conditioner for the bedrooms. Only 1 unit in the living room made it still very warm to sleep.

Sadly it was a lot of building work on the street until late at night so it was noisy but otherwise it was good

Very uncomfortable for family of 4. Everything was very run down and didn’t seem to be well kept. Worst pillows ever. Weird smell. Very uncomfortable kitchen. There was a €500 deposit charge which was a hassle to get the bank to process it as the interface of the transaction was different from Booking.com. I think it’s an unreasonable ask for such a high deposit considering the conditions of the apartment. The ceiling had a leak that was in process of being repaired.

Nothing, we were not given access to the premises and had to find alternative accommodation

We were not given access to the premises despite having paid for it more than 3 months before the visit. We were informed while traveling that we had to approve an additional Euro500. We were not able to do this, our banks did not authorise the payment to the link provided. We communicated this to the agent. My family sat in front of the accommodation and asked for access, but were denied. We had to find alternative accommodation. This is robbery in my view.

there was a smell - similar to that when in a humid basement. it made the place feel uncomfortable. also heard the tenants upstairs. the insulation in the building is very poor.

No air conditioning working and it was on the top floor and inconvenient when you have six people with luggage

Great property, in a lovely area, near plenty of restaurants and shops. Laurent was very helpful and provided clear access instructions.

Quiet and spacious. Clean unit. Close to restaurants and cafes and groceries. Nice farmer’s market around the corner on Friday and Saturday during our stay. Host was very receptive. Housekeeper was helpful when we needed more toilet paper and clean towels.

The mattresses were a bit on the firmer side than we like, but overall ok.

Excellent location Comfortable clean flat, decor a little tired and in need of some upgrading. Plenty hot water. Never met the host but readily available via Whatsapp and prompt , pleasant response. Very warm weather so stand alone air-conditioning was welcomed.

Overall well equipped although lack of spoons, some crockery and glasses ( 6 adults 1 child in party) Never had to use the safe but no instructions, very light and not fixed down. Some confusion regarding city/tourist taxes, Booking.com seem to charge for kids(supposed to be exempt) and at rates of 5 star accommodation or “palaces”. Host said rates are set by Booking.com. Families with several young kids beware!

Great location, quiet area, and close to train station and places to eat.

The portable AC unit wasn’t enough for all the rooms. It was extremely warm and we couldn’t get good rest. If you are use to having AC available, this will be an issue especially if traveling during warmer months. The unit also release water that we needed to place a pan underneath and emptied to prevent overflowing. This isn’t the way we wanted to spend time after a long day in the city. We also ran out of toilet paper during our stay, this could have been prevented if the apartment was prepared for our group of 7 to avoid this situation (only one roll available).

Communication with the property manager was excellent. Laurent was always prompt in his responses to our queries. The cleaning staff was very friendly and accommodating. We enjoyed the flexibility of being able to arrange storing our luggage in the unit just before check-in and after check-out. The beds were very comfortable & bed linens were very nice. We enjoyed that the apartment had a dishwasher and washer/dryer for our laundry. The overall space of the unit was very comfortable for 4 people.The location of the apartment is in the center of the Poncelet area where they have a beautiful open market. There are excellent local shops nearby for a wonderful selection of cheese, bread, pastries, produce, meats, seafood & wine. The location is within walking distance of many restaurants, shops, Arc d’Triomphe, Champs-Élysées, the Metro & bus lines.

We stayed 3 nights in the Vetiver unit which is a 3 bedroom. The floors at the entry leading to the kitchen were uneven causing a trip hazard if you are not careful. The bathrooms were very small and the sink basins were tiny. As other guests mentioned, drains were slow and hot water for 4 was not adequate. I was unfortunate to be the last to shower one day… a cold shower is never pleasant. Although the beds were nice, clean and comfortable, the overall cleanliness of the unit was lacking. We washed all the dinnerware and cookware before using. The furniture in the unit was of low quality. The bedroom closet doors did not open smoothly limiting access to storage space. The laundry area was a bit cluttered and doors did not glide smoothly as well.

Good location. Passage Poncelet is more or less quiet.

No answer from host concerning check-in check-out. Difficult to reach and communicate. Place was not very clean, hair in the shower. Expensive place for one night (>450€) and nothing to justify the amount.
