Everything was fine. The owners are very nice and helpful.

It is 15min by tram to get to the city center and 20min to Gare St. Jean.

The appartment was super clean and modern and equiped with everything you need., including some goodies on arrival! Bathroom was super clean as well. Ms Latifa and Adam :-) were very helpful and continuousely in touch. Totally recomended. Only 200m away from tram, with 15min to centre.

Very modern and clean, all the amenities, very nice host

The apartment was just a half-hour walk from the main road. The team station was available within 300 m distance. The apartment was very clean and well equipped. It had a private parking and elevator. Big sized curved TV with good wifi. Direct tram to the city centre. Convenient bed. The highlight was the shower. Haven't seen something as awesome even in some of the five star hotels. Very carefully thought out fittings.

Great little flat, has everything you need and the owners were fantastic. Very clean and very modern - great value for money!

The whole experience of staying here was excellent. It surpassed my expectations. We were welcomed and treated exceptionally well. Access to the tram was very close. Great area for food. We even got to swim at Plage de Lac. My daughter loved the whole experience.

We didn't stay long enough but we'll hopefully get back to Bordeaux and I would gladly stay here again.

Excellent place in modern part of the city, close to the lake, tram station and shopping places. Perfectly equipped kitchen and nice, spacious balcony. I felt very comfortable.

Location, apartment very nice. Parking is excellent. Taking the tram into the city very easy and efficient.

No instructions on using appliances, TV, internet, garbage or heating. We were very cold for a whole day. Communications very difficult, host knows very limited English. The host tried but it did not work. Check out we waited for almost 1/2 hour delaying our very long drive. I am sure this works well if you speak French. It would really improve the stay if the owner put together a manual with instructions. Even if only in French it would be better than nothing.

The place was absolutely spotless upon our arrival. It had every single thing a person has in their house, from a wine bottle opener, scissors to even kitchen scale (which was a nice surprise because one of my friends who was part of the trip is diabetic and needs to weigh her food to know how much insulin to take!). The facilities were great, everything was there - cleaning supplies (even washing powder, liquid and capsules, the full range!), toilet paper etc. The hosts’ attention to detail and frequent messages recommending places to visit and asking if everything was okay, if we needed something were also a nice touch. The house is literally opposite the tram stop, the area is very nice, shops are less than 5 minutes away. Couldn’t find anything wrong with this place even if we really tried.

The terrace. The modern bathroom. Comfortable bed. All mod cons. Very near to tram and 15 mins into centre. Latifa and Rabah are fantastic hosts.

Nothing. All great. Sometimes a bit warm in the apartment but Latifa has provided two fans which did the trick to cool us down. And the terrace is great.

Very nice and helpfull owner, very comfortable appartment, it has everything you may need and even more! Clean and modern! Perfect for a long stay and of course for short term as well.
