Ruidoso por la noche. Cosas rotas sin arreglar. Manillas de puertas de habitación, puerta de entrada, cristal roto… No hay manera de que me den la factura. No debería estar permitido en un portal como booking.

Location is fantastic. The main pedestrian street is right outside the door. Beds and quality of linens was good.
Unfortunately, the pedestrian mall has very bright lights that are on all night and light up the apartment even if the wooden shutters are closed. It needs much thicker curtains on all windows. Dishwasher and TV remote didn’t appear to work.

Very dark inside and quite loud at night, frustrating that we had to pay for the stay with cash on arrival which wasn’t clear - booking.com usually handle the payment so it was odd and inconvenient

Great location central to lots of things to see and food places and local high street shops.
Friendly staff.
Spacious.
Decor was beautiful and the living area was spacious.
Beds where flimsy and one of the bed only had 3 legs and was held up by a cinder block. Mattress was also really flimsy.
Noisy street throughout the night when sleeping in the front room.

Location is great, managers pretty gentle to facilitate departure formalities. Plenty of shops around and super close to tramway: very convenient location . And nice stone building. Double glass windows provide good noise and temperature insulation . Clean and good sheets and towels.
manager was very late upon arrival. NO wifi !!! (« box broken »), promised to replace it next day, did not. Bathroom Sliding door stuck wide open... was not repaired either. Several bulbs broken (unless it was the switches), air aspiration above the cooking table out of order. Bad sewage smell in the shower.

Enough space in apartment for 2 couples with open kitchen living room, good location, walking distance to everywhere. Good value for money, with a touch of french "charm".
One of the bedrooms windows towards to walking street with an early morning "wake-up call" by street cleaning car.
A bit outdated bathroom and toilet.
