The garden house is a very nice house on a beautiful spot, very close to a sandy beach. The garden has several terraces, so you always find a good place to sit outside, either a sunny or a shaded one. Kostas is a great host, who provides you with many suggestions for trips, good taverns and so on. He knows a lot about the neighbourhood and the history. We received several home made products from his garden. We liked that very much. We enjoyed our stay at this place and we certainly recommend it!

Brilliant location just five minutes walk from probably one of the nicest beaches in the region. Rural setting so very peaceful. You would need a car for access and to get provisions because property is three miles (five km) from local town of Karystos (joyride.com car rentals will provide a car at Marmari Port for you). Lovely kind hosts.

We really enjoyed our stay on this property. The location and views are stunning, the beach is literally 4 minutes on foot and you can actually reach nearby beaches as well in zero time either on foot or by car. The host was more than willing to accommodate our needs and rather attentive. If you are a sports person or you do not have a vehicle you should definitely use the complimentary bicycles they provide. Our kitty also felt welcomed there and the yard was ideal for her. There were a couple lovely kittens outdoors and the host was kind enough to mention he intended to take one of them to the vet since it had an eye infection. Karystos town is quite interesting and the local food is really tasty.

The accommodation was spacious and peaceful. We sat on the lovely terrace with beautiful sunsets over the nearby nice beach and listened to the waves on the shore. Kostas went out of his way to make sure we had a good time. He led us in his car to the correct turnoffs for our expeditions and gave us good advice for places to go.

It was perfect!
