Good variety of dishes

The room given was a connecting room. And the room next was loud. I didn’t have much privacy

It could not be better. Breakfast was the best indonesia has to offer. I ate so many good food without the risk of getting sick. Hotel was new, rooms and everything was perfect. Also it is just next to a huge mall, you can find anything you need. I wish i could stay in this hotel in every city i visited.

I will nitpick so that this part is not empty: - Tea-coffee service during breakfast was not very flowing. if you want to drink, you should be either lucky or find the serving personnel yourself - My check-in personnel spoke english but i didn't understand most of the things. I came another time to find another person to ask the details. which turned out to be okay.

Hotel is clean. Bed is comfortable. Location is very good near Ambarukmo Plaza. The bathroom is clean with good amenities and strong water pressure.

Room is a bit small. The gym facilities is very poor. It only has 2 treadmills. A static bicycle. 2 benches and dumbell. No staff is manning it. The worst gym facilities I encounter so far in a hotel

My husband's favorite is Grand Ambarukmo, mine is Royal because of the children playground😅

Room rates are reasonable. The rooms are big, the breakfast is complete with western and Indonesian dishes. The hotel staff are friendly and helpful. The location is very strategic, Ambarukmo mall in front of the hotel.

There are 3 reception desks or front desks, but only 1 active desk receives service, front desk staff is limited to check in and check out.

Mostly everything is great. Love the connecting corridor to the mall.

Restaurant is too small and needs additional omelette station in busy time. Swimming pool can use more shade.

stayed for 3 nights. room always clean, bed was comfortable, staff all friendly, breakfast okay but need improvement. i like the location, in front of amplaz, also near to malioboro & many food around.

breakfast, stayed for 3 nights and the food always same. rice - noodle - chicken, only the sauce is different. maybe can add more kids friendly meal?

All of this hotel we liked it, the food, the room, the location, the staff just perfect. We are travelling with baby for 7 weeks, while i am writing this review (4 weeks after i stayed at the hotel), this hotel still the best for us, we travelling around Java and Bali and already staying at 8 different places (hotel,guest house,villa).

many options on breakfast. the room is spacious. the staffs are nice and so professional. we also got delicious croffles with 3 different toppings, my kids loved them.
